Why should I vote?
This forum allows us to more accurately prioritize ideas to ensure a system of fairness by executing on improvements needed more urgently by a larger cohort of our user community, in order of voting priority. It offers you transparency into what we're reviewing, starting and have completed.

Vote subscribes you to the idea so when its status changes, you'll get notified. 

When does an idea get picked up?
The higher the votes, the more likely the idea will be completed but there is no fixed formula if an idea will be picked up as it is just one avenue we look at. The idea forum is only one of the many avenues we use to evaluate an idea's feasibility. We also factor in your conversations with our support team, in-app surveys, Facebook beta groups,  complexity of the idea, talks with our inner circle of users and how it fits with the overall vision of the platform.

For example, "Portuguese support" was for the longest time in our top 3. But embarking on that would significantly dent our ability to serve our primary English speaking community effectively.

  1. Client should not have to hit pause to watch video in the Interval workout structure

    Ideal app would have the interval workout structure set up to automatically start the video and let it play (this would allow clients to review exercise during the rest time before executing the exercise) The client should have the option to stop video in case they already know the exercise. The video should only play one time and then stop so that the client can enter in their reps, lbs etc for progress tracking.   2. HYBRID ATHLETE PROGRAM

    Hybrid athletes have now taking over fitness. With a mix of body building/Resistance training and running, many run clubs are promoting it (Founder of Fit To Inspire Run Club here). Both training program benefit each other to becoming a better and stronger runner but and overall fit athletes. What I'm suggesting is adding videos and longer instruction to the "Cardio" workout so we can make the running program as an add on to the master body building program.   3. Deleting things from plan

    When you delete an assigned activity like badminton or swimming from a clients plan in bulk for multipe weeks, you need to delete the whole cardio section instead of just 1 particular activity.

    There should be a way to only delete a particular activity rather than whole cardio section.

    Exercise Library Feature Idea

    First off, it’s awesome that we can upload our own exercises — it’s a huge plus for personalising coaching programs.

    I wanted to share an idea that could make the exercise library even better, both for users and for the growth of the app.

    The idea:

    When someone views an exercise, they could first see a quick 20–30 second demo video — just enough to jog their memory about what the exercise looks like.

  5. substitute exercise options

    Progression and Regression Exercise Suggestions

    One great feature in the app right now is the ability to substitute exercises — it’s really useful when someone needs to make a quick change.

    To make it even better, it would be great if we could suggest specific regressions and progressions for each exercise.

    For example:

    • If someone can’t do a full press-up, they could be guided to regress to a wall press-up or box press-up.
    • If they find it too easy, they could progress to weighted press-ups or more advanced variations.

  8. ✅️ Put a checkbox next to each set for easy mid-workout tracking (to-do style)

  10. Show client's default metric for weights

    For the purpose of proper load management, I personally update the needed weights in most cases for the clients.

    Therefore, I always need to waste time converting the numbers when my client uses different metrics, since the app shows me my default.

    If I ignore that and just use my default metric, then the clients need to do conversion for themselves, which is unpleasant, obviously.

  11. Add "incline walking" as an activity

    Currently, the only option similar to this would be "walking", but walking at a slow pace on a flat incline is very different than a fast pace on a moderate/heavy incline. Incline or power walking should be added to activities as a cardio option.

  13. Favourites Section for Client Exercises

    I’d like to suggest a feature that could help both coaches and clients when it comes to navigating the extensive exercise library: a “Favourites” section for exercises on the client side.

    Problem:
    With so many similar exercise variations in the library (e.g. “Walking Lunges” vs. “Dumbbell Walking Lunges”), clients often click on the wrong version when completing workouts. As a result, their tracked weights from previous sessions don’t carry over, which interrupts the flow of their training and makes progressive overload harder to manage.

    Suggestion:
    Adding a “Favourites” or “Saved Exercises” section would allow clients to easily find and use…

  14. AI PROGRAM WRITING

    "Ask AI" search bar on program writing tab
    Type in what you'd like it to do when generating a new phase and the exercise selections

    Example: Create a 2 x 8 week phase program, with each phase having 4 programs (2 x upper & 2 x lower). Refrence the progress tab to ensure you don't use any exercises the client has used in the past 12 months. Use 4-8 rep ranges for compound movements, and 8-12 for isolations.

    The AI then creates the phase, and programs inside, for you to tweak. Savings HOURS of time

  15. Master Programs - Pausing

    Adjusting client having off week without disturbing the program.

    Being able to alter a specific clients master program without having to 'change duration' and have their program restart. A client of mine was sick and took a week off. However I need her to complete the week off before progressing in her program.

    This needs to be an addition to the app.

  16. Better master programs

    Do I just not know how to use the premade master programs ? It seems like there’s ONLY a handful and they only have a few workouts in them which are barely l enough effort for clients who know what they’re doing. I’m expecting a bit more than “ weeks 1-3” and only like three workouts lol essentially I want actual programs outside of the ones I’m making myself.

  17. Movement Substitutions Auto-Populate in Upcoming Workouts.

    I would love to see an option where substituting a movement in the training program or within an actual workout when training a client on my app live with a client can automatically fill in that movement in ALL of the upcoming scheduled workouts under the same name.

    Example: Workout 1, scheduled to be repeated on Mondays for 8 weeks.
    Superset 1:
    1a) Goblet Squat
    1b) Pull-up

    Superset 2:
    2a) Dumbbell Bench Press
    2b) Barbell Romanian Deadlift

    I learn in the first session that a dumbbell row would be a much better option for this client than the pull-up, so…

  18. Deload week toggle

    Have an option for a deload week within a program or at least a so that their weight and reps are not recorded as what they did the last week. Sometimes I do specific muscle group deloads and will accidentally do the weight shown as my last weight so this could be also be fixed by showing the last two weeks instead of just the last week next to the exercise. Or at least a notes section next to each exercise to record that you did a different tempo, used a different attachment etc. so we know why they were…

  19. Client exercise substitutions should carryover through the program

    We have some one-on-one clients and we have some autonomous clients that work with us through our branded app. A bulk of the friction feedback that we receive from our autonomous clients is that when they make exercise substitutions in a OnDemand program, they do not carry forward into the subsequent weeks. They have to continue to make the substitution week after week. This is small but it also seems like a poor user experience.

    Does anyone else think it would be a good idea to have user substitutions carry forward through the program, especially if they're based on accessibility?

  20. Allow clients to input weight/resistance for banded exercises again

    Clients used to be able to track the weight/resistance they're using for banded exercises, but this has disappeared for a lot of banded exercises. Would be super helpful to add this back in so we can track their progress. Thanks
