Automated Messages per Trainer
Allow automated messages to be sent/created on a per Trainer basis. Basically, allow each Trainer to create their own messages.

Create availability or do not disturb hours for trainers for chats
Create "contact hours" for trainers and have them unavailable on messenger when they are scheduled to be out of office

make "recent activity" optional on the dashboard
The dashboard loads very slowly - maybe because I have 400+ clients all doing stuff. The "spinny loading wheel" in the Recent Activity panel leads me to believe that's what's slowing it down. I can't switch to any other view (Clients, Messages, etc) until it's done loading. Would love to have an option to toggle this panel off to speed up my process every time I log on. Thanks!

In the messenger portion of the app can we please just press "enter" rather than "option + enter" to create a new paragraph. This is much more logical and will prevent send multiple messages and confusing out clients. Press option + enter just feels unnecessary. Thank you.

Synchronize editing a workout in "workout builder" and "edit progression" with the workout in the calendar.
Ok listen,
A client needed to swap two exercises in his workout. It happens.
So I edited it in "Workout Builder". I also edited the number of reps in "edit progression". Problem solved. But no....
Even though the change of exercises occurred in both "Workout Builder" and in "Edit Progression", the client could not see this change of exercises in his calendar. So my suggestion is:

Allow trainers to indicate what muscle group a weightlifting activity is targeting.
This allows the client to find an alternative if necessary.

Infographic or animation marketing video explaining how online personal training works from a client perspective that we can use on our websites to help increase conversion rates. A lot of prospects don't really grasp the concept of online personal training so a captivating video animation will help clear up the message to drive sales.

Text to client opposed to just email
Allow trainers and clients to communicate through text message straight to their phones.

Enable swiping to navigate the app.
The app would be much more efficient, on both the client and trainer end, if swiping between messages, exercises in a workout, etc... were enabled.

Be able to text clients
Allow text message updates as well as emails to clients.

Allow all clients to be able to message any trainer regardless of if the trainer assignment
Each member should be able to message each coach or as the owner, I should be able to select which coaches they can message by default when I set up their account.
