Be able to rerun failed payments quicker than 3 days
I have only recently started using the payments feature and I was so disappointed today when I had 3 failed payments to see I have to wait another 3 days for them to rerun when each client messaged me instantly to ask me to rerun. It's inconvenient for both me and them - they have to ensure the funds stay available in their account for a further 3 days. I feel like there should be an instant feature for this and mark this as high priority on my list!

Upgrades For Plans
I have my clients on 3, 6, and 12 month plans at 1, 2 or 3 times per week. Sometimes, they decide they want to add days or increase the duration of their plan, but they don’t always want to add a whole new contract. They just want the remainder of their current agreement to be different.

Ability to let clients pay in their currency of their country of residency
If businesses operate in multiple countries, with different currencies, it would be more optimal, not so costly, and more familiar for people, if they could pay in their currency of their country of residency. This functionality is already part of Stripe and works through Stripe directly, just to choose other currencies, it's not yet part of the Trainerize Pay automation. I would suggest to create a functionality as part of the Trainerize Pay automation, where trainers would be able to choose between multiple currencies and so to change the currency.

Allow trainers to add their own payment details to their trainer profile.
This would be a great option to have, especially for gyms. As a group of 5 gyms that have many personal trainers, not having this option make things quite hard. It would be great for clients to have the option to pay our trainers directly. We have had to find another alternative because trainerize doesn't currently have this available.

It would be great if some sort of incentive was provided to the client to use the affiliate link.

accept venmo
It would be great to allow customers to pay using their venmo accounts. My current clients already do this and I wish I could connect my venmo to app.

When a basic client needs to repurchase session credits I would like to see an auto message sent to them with a link to purchase.
My basic clients don't repurchase session credits because of the challenge getting to the purchase link. It would be very helpful to have an auto message sent to them when their credit expires with a link to repurchase.

UPI payment mode for Indian clients
For Indians UPI is the preferred mode of online payment. It will help your company if you could integrate this. Loads of payment wallets you can work with to achieve this.

Ability to see which Session Pack option was purchased and filter view
On the Products page, session packs don't show "Current" and "Upcoming" clients. Would like to see the ability to filter the clients that have purchase each option within a Session Pack for easier management.

Would be great to have a client tag for "Product Expiring" so I can easily filter who owes money this month/who to follow up with to sell another program.

Make a shop organizing feature
I need to be able to reorganize my products when I make something new. I want the presentation to read lowest to highest cost and theres no way to do that without deleting everything and redoing it. Thats a feature that should have existed from the start.

expand stripe integration to be able to charge card on file for clients, this streamlines the process and clients like the ease of use.
I have clients 1:1 that for sessions they just want me to charge the card on file. this eases the UI for the client thus making the experience better. Stripe already has this capability by itself so I wouldn't think it would be that hard to add to Trainerize UI. ultimately I should have all control over my customer experience, something I feel Trainerize still doesn't not lend enough owner control of their business

invoicing clients
I would like to be able to invoice clients even if they are not using the online payment method. I am currently creating invoices monthly for clients and attaching them inside of trainerize. it is very time consuming

Start a Program the day after purchase
Currently, if a client purchases a product, the program can start on the day of purchase, the next Monday, or a fixed start date.
I don't want my clients to have to wait until the following Monday. But, if I select start on the day of purchase, the client might miss out on important scheduled messages or workouts that were intended for day one.
For example: Let's say I have a scheduled message for 8 AM on day one, but the client doesn't purchase the program until 5 PM, they will miss that message and any important information that came…
