This ensures your ideas don't get lost and always visible and other users can upvote your ideas. The idea forum allows us to keep a pulse check on what our user community as a whole wants.

Why should I vote?
This forum allows us to more accurately prioritize ideas to ensure a system of fairness by executing on improvements needed more urgently by a larger cohort of our user community, in order of voting priority. It offers you transparency into what we're reviewing, starting and have completed.

Vote subscribes you to the idea so when its status changes, you'll get notified. 

When does an idea get picked up?
The higher the votes, the more likely the idea will be completed but there is no fixed formula if an idea will be picked up as it is just one avenue we look at. The idea forum is only one of the many avenues we use to evaluate an idea's feasibility. We also factor in your conversations with our support team, in-app surveys, Facebook beta groups,  complexity of the idea, talks with our inner circle of users and how it fits with the overall vision of the platform.

For example, "Portuguese support" was for the longest time in our top 3. But embarking on that would significantly dent our ability to serve our primary English speaking community effectively.

  1. Allow multiple client tabs to be opened in browser

    Allow different tabs to be opened with different client profiles without having to bounce back and forth and closing each one to open another.

  2. Automations should run for deactivated or basic clients

    I want product automation to run for deactivated or basic clients. These clients should not be considered current clients; thus, automation for new purchases will not run. These clients have been deactivated in the past and are renewing or repurchasing a new plan, and the automation for those products should run for them.
    This will make onboarding for reactivated clients much smoother and less work on the trainer end.

  4. Weight and rep targets for clients

    Allow trainers to add goal targets of weight / reps of exercises in the block weekly to help online client's who train get a better understanding of what weight to utilize.

    I currently do this for my clients in google sheets every Sunday before the training week starts but it will be super cool to integrate this idea into the app

  6. Email notification for trainers when new client registers for a program/product

    I’d like to see more options for notifications like when a new client subscribes or purchases a program/product. We receive notifications in the app recent activities but I would like the ability to be alerted in an email as well

  7. Calendar:

    Put the desktop version of the full calendar back for clients and coaches. I LOVED being able to open up their calendar, and in a quick view, see all that they had checked off for each day.

  8. Add ability to "deactivate a client" from three dot menu on a client card via the mobile app

    Please make the option to deactivate a client more intuitive. Right now, the way to deactivate a client via the app is by selecting their client type (2 way messaging) below their name. It would be easier if it were in the 3 dot menu, just below the "delete" option. Screenshot attached.

  9. Adherence monitoring

    Missed workout automated email or message that can be customised with info and a monthly adherence score so clients can see where going wrong

    This can be sent after the fall below the low adherence tag

  10. Be able to choose how many "days" go by before a client is tagged for recent sign in activity

    It would be nice to be able to choose how many days go by before a client is tagged for not signing into the app or not messaging their trainer lately. Right now the minimum time frame is one week. It would be great to be able to choose how many days.

  11. Change 'Not messaged recently' adjustment to 1-7 days, 1 week is too late

    The 'not messaged recently' tag is too slow, being able to change this to 1-7 days will be great to stay on top of large client rosters with frequent communication. The ability to create your own auto tags would also be a game changer.

  12. A scheduled deactivation

    Right now we have to manually go in and deactivate clients after their program is over when they don't finish it out. Usually they give 30 days notice so we have to remember after 30 days. It'd be awesome if we could just schedule a deactivation for a specific date so that it would do it automatically.

  13. Show a trainer's note feature to the client's calendar

    Take the daily note thing from the clients main page, move it to the calendar page and have the ability as the trainer to add a note to go back on. I made a note in the daily page and went to discuss it with a client 3 days later only to not be able to pull it back up. Made me look dumb. So adding a "add note" feature to the clients calendar would be highly beneficil

  14. Show client's current weight in their profile card

    You can view a client's age, date of birth, height, but not weight in their profile card. It would be great to see their current weight in here as well.

  16. Display Clients Current Time Next to Their Name

    I work virtually and work with clients from several different time zones. It would be really helpful if the clients current time was displayed next to their name in dashboard, messages, client list so I could tell if it was an appropriate time to message them, and quickly adjust for their time zone when discussing scheduling

  17. Multi Client View

    I'd like to be able to view multiple clients (2-4) on the same screen for coaching in person in case they're doing different workouts. This way I can see an overview of what each is doing on a laptop/desktop without asking to see their phone all the time.

  18. Ability to Turn off the Invitation Email for Re-Activated Clients

    Would like the option to not send an invitation email to reactivated clients. Sometimes clients are deactivated for one week and it is redundant to send another invitation email.

  19. Measurements summary rather than individual

    Rather than separate graphs for individual body parts, it would be great to have a summary graph. On this something like different coloured lines to represent each measurement site would be great.

    That way it's much quicker and easier to see overall progress on all measurements rather than one.

  20. Ability to set up payroll for employees

    I use two softwares right now. I use PT minder just because their back end on running sessions and financial reports and doing payroll is very easy. Trainerize is lacking the back end. If we could do payroll and run financial and session report it would be amazing. This app is good for individual trainers but not good for business owner that manage many trainers.
