Allow Trainers to pick out clients meals BEFORE auto-publishing the plan
Right now it auto publishes the meals without the ability for a coach to pick and choose the meals before. I have college students and have to go and switch out meals after it is published for lower cook time ones. If I had the ability to pick and choose before it is published to the client, that would be great!

Create in-app fasting interval tracker
A simple "Start-Fast" and "Break-Fast" input for the time that simply tap at the time they either start or a break a fast that calculates the number of hours they have fasted when they break the fast.
Bonus: Hours fasted that will report to the client how many hours they have spent fasted when they tap it.
This will eliminate the need for incorporating any other fasting apps.

Ability to fully customize Nutrition
Having the ability to custom macros, calories (ex. 1480 vs. 1400) and number of meals is so important to a good plan. Offering only 3 meals max for a certain number of calories is so limiting and makes it hard to teach clients how to spread their meals out throughout the day. I'm having to pay extra for another website to offer exactly what I need for my clients. Being able to add new recipes into the program and allow clients to pull for the database is nice - Now if we could just get more options available on how…

Be able to use the meal planner as well as logging food through myfitnesspal
The meal planner is great as guidance but I want to be able to assign both so the client has the option and a more flexible approach

Ability to change the unit of measurement.
Hello. Nice app, fast and efficient. However, two things bother me. One of them was mentioned by the previous speakers, and that is the shopping list. The second one is the ability to change units from teaspoons and ounces to grams. I believe this is quite important because not all tablespoons are the same, and counting in this measure, especially for fats, can lead to introducing and enforcing artificial caloric values like 1200, etc. I could manage because I would use Google as a unit converter, but not every beginner has such an idea and the WILL to do it,…

Ability to edit recipes
Some recipes on the app have incomplete instructions or too many ingredients.
Either we need to be able to change them or there needs to be a simple way to inform someone of an error.

Link in-app recipes to clients calendar or program
It would make sense to me to be able to assign or link the recipes under the “meals” tab to select clients. As of now we have to screen shot the recipe and send it to the client over chat.

Expand your Calorie Ranges significantly. All of my male bodybuilders eat more than 4000 calories per day!
Allow for whatever macros a trainer needs and allow them to enter basic meals (like chicken and rice, ground beef and rice, chicken and pasta, etc) like MANY professional athletes eat instead of ONLY these overwhelming, complex meal ideas

Custom macros
There needs to be the option to put in your own specified macro nutrient requirements, because of the fact that some of us have very specificly athletic clientele. The friction that has been created due to an inaccurate calorie count for a high-level athlete or bodybuilder, is unnecessary and quite frankly really frustrating

It would be nice if you could edit the recipe and make simple swaps such as brown rice for white rice for example.

Snack are too small compared to the meals
The snacks are too low of calories compared to meals. If someone is trying to have a surplus of 250 calories a day(say 3000 calories total), and we prescribe 5 or 6 meals, the meals are insanely large and the snack are tiny. Nobody wants to eat like this.

Allow for Trainers to import meals/foods from a database. Allowing for custom meal plans.
Add a database to the site where coaches can pick and set different foods per meal, allowing for more control over what your clients eat. For example I coach multiple body builders, including supplementation and timed meals in relation to their workouts would make it easier to help bodybuilding clients reach better results.

recipe book
Having the ability to have a “recipe book” of sorts to give clients. That is in app, so I’m not telling them exactly what to eat but giving them ideas. If they use a recipe they can just add it like they would a meal from the in app tracker.

Why are we paying more for this? It isn't helpful
This isn't a helpful feature. It doesn't work in conjunction with MyfitnessPal and now I can't see my clients MyfitnessPal data

Meal Planner needs to be more allow more creativity (and instead of or)
It sounds like you need a more flexible meal planner that allows for greater creativity and customization. Assigning meals by days or weeks is a great start, but it would be even better to have a hybrid system that takes into account not only the days and weeks, but also times and phases. Additionally, having the ability to adjust caloric intake percentage and having the meals populate based on these inputs would be a huge asset. With these features, you'll be able to schedule your clients with eating plans that vary 2-3 days based on their workout and calorie intake,…
