Why should I vote?
This forum allows us to more accurately prioritize ideas to ensure a system of fairness by executing on improvements needed more urgently by a larger cohort of our user community, in order of voting priority. It offers you transparency into what we're reviewing, starting and have completed.

Vote subscribes you to the idea so when its status changes, you'll get notified. 

When does an idea get picked up?
The higher the votes, the more likely the idea will be completed but there is no fixed formula if an idea will be picked up as it is just one avenue we look at. The idea forum is only one of the many avenues we use to evaluate an idea's feasibility. We also factor in your conversations with our support team, in-app surveys, Facebook beta groups,  complexity of the idea, talks with our inner circle of users and how it fits with the overall vision of the platform.

For example, "Portuguese support" was for the longest time in our top 3. But embarking on that would significantly dent our ability to serve our primary English speaking community effectively.

  1. The ability to view more than one day for available appointments

    When a client clicks on Book A Session, only the current day's appointments show up. It would be so much better if all the days those types of appointments are available show up for the next 2 weeks or so.
    Some clients get confused because when they initially go to book they see there are no available appointments that day and then it's a pain for them to select every day to see if there is anything available.
    I hope that all makes sense to everyone.

  2. Client self booking limit

    Lower the minimum hours (before start time) that clients can self book in an appointment.
    1 hour or 2 hours would be great.

  4. Allow to go into negative session credits

    Sometimes, I want to pre-book appts for a recurring client, but the new session credits might not have been added for that month yet.

    It is easier if I can just go ahead and schedule them when I'm free, knowing they will be topped back up later.

  5. Allow clients to self-book 60-minute appointments at both full-hour and half-hour marks

    Currently, 60-minute appointments can only be booked at the hour mark (11:00, 12:00, 1:00, etc) unless either one of the following is applied:

    1. A 30-minute appointment is booked beforehand
    2. If trainer availability starts on a half-hour mark (9:30, 10:30, etc)

    However, if one of the following above is applied clients will only be able to book 60-minute appointments on half-hour marks for the rest of the day.

    It would be most convenient if it could be possible for clients to freely book 60-minute appointments on both the full-hour and half-hour mark by default

  6. Highlight appointment availability on calendar

    When clients want to schedule an appointment have the days that we are available be highlighted in the calendar during the scheduling process.

  7. Include full gym management features with class booking that tracks trainer commission payout

    Ability to replace my gym scheduling system completely so I have one app. I do the ability to track commission payouts based on class attendance.

    Also, include ability to gate certain classes for certain membership types.

  8. Set Appointment Availability per Client

    Create appointment availability windows on a per client basis. So if a specific client would like to be able to book on Mondays at 6PM, block that time from other clients.

  9. Ability for clients to self-book Group Appointments

    The feature for clients to self book is really handy but it would make it so much easier if there was a way for self booking in a group training appointment

  10. Allow for Trainers to be Edited in Appointments

    Allow for appointments to swap out trainers with the edit appointment feature so they can easily be swapped out by mangers, admins, owners, or have trainers have receive coverage from other trainers.

  11. Reports by Appointment Type

    Running reports by Appointment Type by Client. ( how many appts client a has or has had) Appointment Type Count (how many group training appts), Appointment by Month., Appointment Type by Trainer by Client.
    This will allow business to review past time spent. This can also be used to measure if a new coach is needed for gyms

  12. Client to be able to choose their trainer

    In the appointments section where the client can now book online, it would be nice to allow the client choose their trainer, rather than it only being the assigned one.

    This would be an absolute game changer for our business.

  13. Please allow appointments to be booked for an open ended period

    I have clients I have been training for 5 years and having to re-book my permanent clients every 15 weeks or so is a hassle

  14. Main Calendar View Change

    When I create an appointment in the main calendar, I want to see the Client's name instead of the appointment type.
    Details such as the type, length, and time of the appointment should appear when the cursor is at the top.
    It is currently very difficult to find customers.

    But the current calendar view doesn't help

  15. Allow 1 on 1 appointments to show which session pack # the client is on.

    It would be handy to see the "session number" on the appointment in the Calendar. When appointments are mass-scheduled, say 12 at a time, the client can easily miss a notice for a session. The trainer then has to keep a tally of sessions owed and it can be difficult when they're not labeled. Some long time clients have many sessions and reoccurring session packs so things can get confusing.

    It would also be good to check for a client how many sessions they have left without having to go to the calendar and count.

  16. Improve the workout counter in the calendar

    If you notice in the calendar, the workout counter in the top left is inaccurate. It will count your workout in one month and then when you go to another month, it ADDS the previous month's workout count in the current month's count. So you ultimately end up with a number of workouts completed unrepresentative of what is current. This should be fixed to better reflect what has been done in the month you're viewing.

  18. Final appointment reminder

    Currently can book up to 16 appointments out. Would be great to have a reminder on the final appointment for the coach to schedule additional appointments. Sometimes it's easy to get into a routine with appointments and lose track of how many are left in the calendar and it would save time to just get a notification about final appointment in calendar.

  20. Allow for an option to add a post appointment time/break following an appointment.

    Allow for an option to add a post-appointment time that prevents a client from booking in an appointment immediately after a previous appointment.

    This can be technically already be done by lengthening the actual appointment type, but the issue is this then shows an incorrect appointment length for the client. This is why a built-in or difference in displayed vs actual appointment time is important.

    So for example, a client will book and see a 60 minute session, but the actual scheduled time will be 75 minutes (allowing for 15 minutes of charting, programming, note taking, etc after the appointment).
