We are continually upgrading your fitness app with new features based on your feedback. Please add a new idea, or vote on an existing idea. This ensures your ideas don't get lost and always visible and other users can upvote your ideas. The idea forum allows us to keep a pulse check on what our user community as a whole wants.

Why should I vote?
This forum allows us to more accurately prioritize ideas to ensure a system of fairness by executing on improvements needed more urgently by a larger cohort of our user community, in order of voting priority. It offers you transparency into what we're reviewing, starting and have completed.

Vote subscribes you to the idea so when its status changes, you'll get notified. 

When does an idea get picked up?
The higher the votes, the more likely the idea will be completed but there is no fixed formula if an idea will be picked up as it is just one avenue we look at. The idea forum is only one of the many avenues we use to evaluate an idea's feasibility. We also factor in your conversations with our support team, in-app surveys, Facebook beta groups,  complexity of the idea, talks with our inner circle of users and how it fits with the overall vision of the platform.

For example, "Portuguese support" was for the longest time in our top 3. But embarking on that would significantly dent our ability to serve our primary English speaking community effectively.

  2. Give trainers the option to copy program templates from deactivated clients.

    Sometimes I need to copy an entire program over and tweak it from there but I can't do that if the the client I want to copy the program from is deactivated. I would like the option to do this whether the client is active or not.

    An upgrade to BB10 would be great and allow me to continue to you use the Premium portion of my subscription.

  4. Allow an integration option for existing recipe database from Evolution Nutrition, Fitbit, Myfitness pal

    Just wish there was a way to integrate the recipe data and food selections from MFP, EN, and Fitbit. Many of our clients have been tracking for months using the existing integrations. If we could lean on the library of resources we have already created and seamlessly transition into the in-app Meal Planner it would be the best!

  5. Bring back the caloric and macro goals to the Meal Plan tab.

    I enjoyed seeing the caloric and macro goals above the clients meal plan in the Meal Plan tab. Would like to see this brought back.

  6. Automatic syncing from MFP without a nutrition target in Trainerize

    I ask my clients to log their meals in MFP at first without any "food rules" so we can get a better sense of their baseline nutrition. Without a Nutritional Goal in Trainerize, MFP won't automatically sync the data - it has to be manually synced every day. It would be great if MFP could automatically sync nutrition info to Trainerize without needed a Nutrition Goal in place.

  7. Remove the "Suggest a Feature" tab for clients when you have a custom branded app.

    The Suggest a Feature button inside of the mobile app will take clients to the Ideas Forum page. When you have the custom branded app, you do not necessarily want your clients to have the ability to navigate their way to Trainerize.

  10. Remove "good job" and cartoon graphics at end of workout

    Please give option to remove the cartoon thumbs up/congrats on your workout after rating. The rest of the app is really sleek and this is super cheesy. Plus for those of us that use workouts for meditation, habit videos, etc it doesn't apply

  11. Don't allow clients to log into the app without entering their credit card info

    I have clients who received the initial "set up your app" email and have downloaded and logged into the app. I then "sold" them my product by linking the package to their account and Trainerize emailed them about putting in their payment info. But my client still has not paid. I don't like nagging clients to pay and it is a hassle to figure out which clients have paid and which have not when I am setting up workout calendars.

  12. Allow trainers, not just clients, to sync their Fitbit

    Currently only clients can connect their Fitbit accounts to Trainerize. Trainers can only see the data pulled in from client Fitbit accounts. Would like the ability for Trainers to sync their Fitbit as well.

    As Trainerize is really built from day 1 for a client signing in to interact with their trainers and track their fitness.

    However, you can use the Peak Fitness labs app and sign in as a client. This is the app we use to train our team internally but you can sign in with your credentials.

  13. Provide a master calendar so you can see all of your scheduled messages in one place

    Add a general calendar to the trainer view, allowing the trainer to see all of the upcoming scheduled messages they have in one place, rather than having to go in to each individual client’s calendar to see what is scheduled.

  18. More integration with Wordpress allowing you to use the message system on both app and site

    Being able to have the same messaging system work on the app and on your Wordpress site so that whether your client is on your site doing their workout or on their phone at work, they can access the same messages.
