This needs to happen!

A happy client is the best marketing possible. As trainers we spend just as much time marketing as we do training our clients. So if a client referral reward program could be made the trainers business could build itself. Each client could have their own link for a referral to use at check out. As a reward the trainer could set the reward to either a discount on the current month or subsequent months or cash back to that client. The client could literally make money from referrals. This could also be for someone that's not a client. It could be a way to create a marketing team for the trainer even if that person isn't a client. Currently a discount can be manually applied to the clients profile. But it would be difficult to track what the client is owed for x number of referrals.

It would be awesome if I could set up a referral program so that when one of my clients refers someone, the new client is able to enter their referral code, and everything is automtically tracked. For example, I run a 6 week challenge, and I provide $10 off per client that is referred. I currently have to manually track this and provide the appropriate discount code.

Be able to have members refer you easily and collect points for a prize.

A simple system. You choose the reward, how many points they need to get it and how many points each referral is worth. Then each member gets his or her individual code to give to people, which they can either enter when signing up or give to the trainer which then enters it manually during registration. On their profile they can see how far they've close they are.
