Why should I vote?
This forum allows us to more accurately prioritize ideas to ensure a system of fairness by executing on improvements needed more urgently by a larger cohort of our user community, in order of voting priority. It offers you transparency into what we're reviewing, starting and have completed.

Vote subscribes you to the idea so when its status changes, you'll get notified. 

When does an idea get picked up?
The higher the votes, the more likely the idea will be completed but there is no fixed formula if an idea will be picked up as it is just one avenue we look at. The idea forum is only one of the many avenues we use to evaluate an idea's feasibility. We also factor in your conversations with our support team, in-app surveys, Facebook beta groups,  complexity of the idea, talks with our inner circle of users and how it fits with the overall vision of the platform.

For example, "Portuguese support" was for the longest time in our top 3. But embarking on that would significantly dent our ability to serve our primary English speaking community effectively.

  2. easy access for clients

    to import their own independent workouts they decided to do, i have some clients who like to do their own thing on their homework days.
    sometimes its a full workout and sometimes its just 1-2 exercises.

  5. Ability to create "Favorites" exercise folder or filter.

    It would be great to put certain exercises into like a Favorites category or database. The exercises I use the most so it's easier to look through.

    Adding the ability to text and email clients would be useful. And allowing these to be set up via the calendar to automate with a program would be great.

  7. Ability for clients to buy add ons in one transaction when buying main program. Currently two transactions are required.

    Trainerize pay doesnt havent the ability to buy multiple products in one transaction. Such a basket feature. It would be better to have one transaction where they can purchase add ons in one transaction.

  9. Rate each set

    I'd like the ability to rate each set within the workout. e.g. if I see that a client is able to do 10 reps with the 40lbs, but she's barely making it, I don't want to push her to do 11-12 reps until I know she's ready.

  10. Exercise or workout library for clients to plan their own freestyle workouts for body part

    Be able to create a workout library organised by target muscle eg quads, core etc. and full workouts by body part so clients can choose a random workout outside of their prescribed plan

  11. Ability to subscribe workouts on the fly without “program” restrictions

    Would be great to be able to quickly assign workouts to clients on the fly instead of having to build a “program” over weeks or months. new user, if this is already available I apologize

  14. More master programs to choose from!

    There’s only a handful of old master programs. I feel like there should be more options for ‘master programs’ to choose from! Seems outdated.

  15. view entire Client Calendar workouts to help with programming flow

    Currently you CAN NOT open a clients calendar and easily see on previous days what workout/ movements/ exercises were completed. If you could allow previous workouts to be viewed in the Client calendar, and simply edit a specific day with the whole calendar open, while still seeing previous days... this would allow a easier flow and visual to make sure as the trainer you didn't accidentally program the same thing or similar movement.

  16. More in-person training adjustments

    A way for trainers to have a single compact screen for in-person session use so you can quickly just enter something like 3x12x15 instead of having to input data for every single set. Also a way to add workouts to client profiles that only the trainer can see/use, for in person training use as well.

  18. Cardio machine workouts with resistance and pace settings

    The ability to make a cardio work out with machines (elliptical, treadmill, rower, stair climber etc.) and set pace, heart rate, resistance, and elevation with time blocking. ie. 5min warm up at 50% heart rate at resistance 3 elevation 1, followed up with a 2 min 70% heart rate at resistance 6 elevation 3, next up a 30sec sprint at 90% heart rate at resistance 9 and elevation 3, so on and so forth.

  19. editing programs easier, it needs to be easier to edit client programs, that are subscribed to a master program

    We need to be able to edit program easier, with RPE rating this is the point, so we can review and change where necessary, without having to subscribe/un etc.

    Also an RPE option next to each exercise, just like reps/sets x, not all exercises are equal it would be amazing for more in depth programming, I really like the App so far, but if other software comes up with these features and I know they are, then a lot of coaches will switch over.

  20. Clients have requested a THUMBS UP or BADGE when check off workout for the day

    Several of my clients have asked if they could get a badge, thumbs up, or medal pop up after they check off a workout for the day. We are a group that likes gold stars!
