Why should I vote?
This forum allows us to more accurately prioritize ideas to ensure a system of fairness by executing on improvements needed more urgently by a larger cohort of our user community, in order of voting priority. It offers you transparency into what we're reviewing, starting and have completed.

Vote subscribes you to the idea so when its status changes, you'll get notified. 

When does an idea get picked up?
The higher the votes, the more likely the idea will be completed but there is no fixed formula if an idea will be picked up as it is just one avenue we look at. The idea forum is only one of the many avenues we use to evaluate an idea's feasibility. We also factor in your conversations with our support team, in-app surveys, Facebook beta groups,  complexity of the idea, talks with our inner circle of users and how it fits with the overall vision of the platform.

For example, "Portuguese support" was for the longest time in our top 3. But embarking on that would significantly dent our ability to serve our primary English speaking community effectively.

  3. Notification icon when a client substitutes

    On the overview page under recent activity and the client's calendar, I would like to see an icon or notification badge when clients substituted an exercise. For my custom workouts, I don't remember what was originally in there workout so it would be good to see if the same thing gets substituted - lets me know the clients preference, comfort level with that exercise, or if the gym is too busy for that machine/exercise.

  4. Les Mills - Marketing Resource for our fitness Bus to on sell directly to our clients

    The Les Mills on demand option is attractive. Could Trainerize please consider providing a marketing flyer or package with some options like Hybrid & at home that our fitness business could then adapt using Canva & punch out direct to our clients fast!?

    Be great to have a marketing video link within the flyer showing a collage of Les Mills program styles (variety) working from the Trainerize APP.

    Example: Benefits - Train in a private boutique studio to eliminate home distractions, schedule 'me' time into APP for sessions

  5. Allow replacement workout options to be implemented by the trainer to give the client more options if they don’t like a workout

    We can create their whole program but there should be a side option when creating the program for exercises that can replaces another if the client desires a change

  9. cardio screen mobile cutoff

    The cardio activities' description gets cut off for clients on mobile app. For example, when they open a running cardio activity and I have a sentence/description (i.e four 0.25 mile hard runs followed by a 2 minute walk for rest) that's more than 4-5 words it will cut off the end and they can't see the rest of the sentence on mobile. Very frustrating

  11. WOD - Copying WOD from one day to another, not just moving

    When I create a WOD in a client's calendar, it would be so incredibly helpful if I could copy that workout to another day, instead of just moving it. I'd like to have the ability to use WOD multiple times without having to create a training program. The training program feature is awesome, but I train clients either in their home, or at a gym with varying equipment and varying abilities and very rarely use the same training program from client to client.

  13. Larger Box for Workout Notes, Tips ETC

    The box is small when programming. It doesn’t show the whole text meaning typos can be made to often. It just needs a section similar to this post idea box where I can write it all. See my paragraph, then goes back to normal.

  14. Clarify & Separate pre-populated from current data

    Have pre-population with previous stats be:
    - different font, so clearly differentiated from the data you enter this session
    - do NOT have pre-populated data overwrite when you scroll up and down, as it does now. (you lose track of where you were if you scroll to see next set on a rest, then you go back to your exercise to see it all fully populated! Very frustrating)

    How is this not a priority? I have lost all of my content so many times because trainerize is so behind by missing this one essential feature that every other app and progam has.

  16. Add a warm up set within the same exercise

    Would be great to have the ability to add a warm up set within the same exercise. For example: You slide over Barbell bench press and with that same video you can adjust for work sets and warm ups. Currently I have to either manually type in warm up or add a second video

  17. Return ability to drag and highlight exercise notes without dragging the whole exercise

    We used to be able to drag and highlight notes in the exercise notes box without dragging the entire exercise around with it. Why'd that change? Now takes me much longer to write exercise notes longer than 30 characters.
    v7.158 was fine, not sure if this issue arose after v7.161 or the latest version.

  18. the interval workout structure should automatically play the video so client does not have to hit pause and play video

    ideally with the interval workout structure the video should automatically play 1x for the client especially for those that need video guidance. For clients that don't need to watch the video then there should be an option to turn that off. Now after the video plays 1x which should be during the rest time between exercises then the voice comes on to tell client to start and when to stop the exercise. Who agrees with me?

  19. HYBRID ATHLETE PROGRAM

    Hybrid athletes have now taking over fitness. With a mix of body building/Resistance training and running, many run clubs are promoting it (Founder of Fit To Inspire Run Club here). Both training program benefit each other to becoming a better and stronger runner but and overall fit athletes. What I'm suggesting is adding videos and longer instruction to the "Cardio" workout so we can make the running program as an add on to the master body building program. As of now I'm making the running portion as a workout (5K, 10K, Half, & Full 16 week program) I would like…

  20. Deleting things from plan

    When you delete an assigned activity like badminton or swimming from a clients plan in bulk for multipe weeks, you need to delete the whole cardio section instead of just 1 particular activity.

    There should be a way to only delete a particular activity rather than whole cardio section.
