Allow access to exercises on an individual basis
I would like to be able to determine who has access to workouts individually instead of either all have access or no one has access.
I have in person clients and online clients. My online clients use the online function on a weekly basis.
I would like to create a library of exercises that my in person clients can access as another feature to purchase for instance when they either miss a session or go out of town

Have ways to CATEGORIZE workouts
Have ways to categorize workouts: i.e. "body weight only" or "full gym access" or "Easy on Knees" or "Gentle Back"

Allow clients to add one whole cardio session with multiple exercises.
Clients should be able to add cardio as one event, adding in each exercise, duration and resistance and submitting it as one whole cardio session. Also, if they've done a 'workout' too with resistance exercises they should be able to tie them together identifying it as the same session.

Allow clients to create additional workout not in plan
I have a few clients who go "off-plan" and add a workout to their week that I didn't include in their overall plan. If it's a cardio workout, they can add cardio-general on the calendar. But they don't have the same option for a strength workout (for example, a "leg" day). Would love to give permission to them to add a workout and track their stats so I can make recommendations. Right now, they text me and I have to go add exercises, sets, reps. Double work!

Allow notes to be written for each individual set rather than only the overall workout. This provides much better feedback for the trainer
In the current version I can't write notes during individual exercises. I can only write notes for the workout overall.
I would love to be able to write a trainee note for each set. For example during the third set of bench press my client may experience a random sensation I want to monitor.
With a note that pops up in the history I can make mention of it during the next session. This makes me look attentive and professional.
I've used software that allowed this in the past and it was a valuable addition. I would love to see…

Fully functional demo for prospective new clients
It would be great if there were a fully functional demo within the app so I could send an install link to prospective new clients and they could view and go through exactly what the app can do and how a program that I load for them would look and how they would track it. Show how different other apps sync to trainerize (especially myfitnesspal). I think it would really help to sell an online program with Trainerize as a selling point.

Add an exercise to an existing workout on the fly
In the previous version of the app, you could add an exercise on the fly. It helped when you simply added another exercise or substituted an exercise for some reason and wanted to record it accurately. i.e. maybe you substitute a DB bench press for a BB bench press. This can still be done on the browser, but is no longer available on the app. I resort to making a note in a notebook and entering it later when I am at my computer.

Exercise difficulty rating
With a previous software that I've used, each exercise was rated on a difficulty level from 1-10, and when searching for exercises, you were able to sort based on difficulty level, which makes it much easier when trying to find exercises for extreme beginners, or extreme experts if necessary.

Drop down list of exercises
The ability to create a drop down list of exercises in a program i.e. say a program consisted of:
A1 - Lower body single leg push - 4 x 6-8
A2 - Upper body pull - 4 x 6-8B1 - - Lower body single leg pull - 4 x 6-8
B2 - upper body push - 4 x 6-8
B3 - core - 4 x 10-12D1 - biceps - 2x10-12
D2 - triceps 2x10-12The actual exercise variety would be populated with a list of exercises (say split squats, lunge and step up for single leg push). The…

Make the activities graph less confusing
The Activities graph in its current state is a little confusing. For one the color for workouts on the graph is green when they are represented as blue in the calendar and cardio is blue in the graph but green in the calendar. More importantly it's odd that the "workout graph" is a graph of ALL exercises performed regardless if it was cardio or a planned workout yet there is a separate graph just representing cardio. It would make more sense to have 1 line for workouts (blue) and 1 for cardio (green) so that each type of activity can…

Make it possible to hide workouts from clients dashboard/calendar until completed
I wish you could have an option to hide workouts from a clients calendar until they are completed. I like to put 3-4 weeks of workouts in at a time and don't want my client to see what they are. Maybe it would be good to have a label that says Private Training, that only a coach can view, and when completed, they can then view it.

Allow the trainer to set the weight each set should be preformed
Allow weight sets reps all to be individual boxes instead of combined in the notes tab and allow the weight and reps to be modified for every set by the trainer

Progressions for cardio activities
Trainerize has incorporated the ability to quickly layout progressions for a particular resistance routine/program. It would nice if we could do the same for cardio with volume, frequency, duration, intensity, level, incline, etc.

Update the workout template section so that we can have more than 10 workouts in chronological order!
Right now, you can only have 10 workout templates before the system reads 11 as just below 1 and does not list the workout templates in order. For example, if you have 11 workout templates Trainerize will list your templates like this:
Day 1
Day 11
Day 2
Day 3
Day 4 etc...Even if you write them out it lists in alphabetical order
Day Four
Day One
Day Two etc....Seems like an easy fix and it would make things alot easier when making large, multi day workout programs in the template.

allow client to add notes for each excercise
Now, it's possible for clients to make notes for the whole workout, but not for each excercise. Would be great to do that (Example: "Reduced weight bench press due to DOMS" --> barbell bench press. "New record, yes!" --> Barbell Squat)
Otherwise, great job! Love your Service and my clients do too.

Add 'Instructions' field before each superset within a workout
At the moment there is a field to add instructions for the entire workout, but each "superset" within each workout may have a set of instructions that's unique to the others. I understand that you can outline this at the top of the workout; however, it can be quite annoying or difficult to have to constantly reference the instructions at the top of the page. Furthermore, understanding which instructions correspond to which superset can be confusing to some. An 'instructions' field before each superset would remedy this and make for a much better UX.
