The GHD is unmatched and can be used for both glutes as well as abs!!

Have "warm ups" as a seperate workout option
It would be awesome to fo this for two reasons.
1) you can get a better idea of which main workouts clients have completed from the overview/ quick glance view in the client dashboard.
2) when a client completes the 50 workout milestone, you know they're true workouts and not just 25 true workouts with 25 warm-up sessions.

Change the way coaches create and build programs
I love trainerize for clients however for coaches I feel like it's lacking in programming department. It loads very slowly for starts but I don't feel like it's as easy to navigate and build out programs.What I loved about True Coach for the coaching side you have the ability to see the calendar and edit workouts while looking at a week view. Meaning I can see the workout I'm buidling but also each program I've build on previous days. Which allows for more cohesive programming when I can reference the previous workouts and program as a whole vs. one workout…

Provide clear status about where you are in exercise/set
Make it clear which exercise and set you are working on. Right now it is highly confusing if you have pre-populated data turned on, as it keeps filling the fields whenever you scroll or touch pretty much anything, making it really difficult to differentiate between current workout data and previous workout data.

Add weight section so we can track how many weights we did. Right now we can only input number of sets

edit system video exercise instructions
Would like the ability to edit the exercise instructions for the system video as some do not reflect how I speak.

Bring back ability to add static images for exercises
Many clients are also in PT and are given static images of exercises to do. I also give them stretches/yoga poses to do and a video is not necessary. It would be so great to be able to add all my clients movements in one place. Please bring back static images.

youtube title
Youtube title fill in - so when you add a youtibe video for the exercises, make it automatically give you the option to use the title of the youtube video rather than having to type it all out again :) thanks

Better control of the timer and better timer functionality
The timer function needs an upgrade so that it can only open once as opposed to each and everytime so you have 30+ notifications of the time is up. And the trainer should be able to remove the timer from certain types of programming.

Show Workout Splits for Clients on Their Homepage
We are a 99% in-person training facility with ~125 members. It would be really beneficial to show a customizable workout split on each client’s homepage; literally just text to show push/pull/legs/etc. would suffice. Instead of programming full, detailed workouts, we just want to provide a structure with muscle focus and exercise options so that each client knows what they should expect each day. Having to create full workouts with sets/reps isn't feasible for our gym, as many come at varying times and we have a limited number of each machine/equipment. SmartStep Adaptive Progression Engine
Turn baseline test data into an always-on strength-progression algorithm inside Trainerize. Coaches tag a workout as “Testing Week” and assign a vertical list of exercise variations (easiest → hardest). When a client logs their AMRAP set, SmartStep automatically:
Calculates relative strength (load ÷ body-weight or strict rep/hold totals).
Sets weekly rep targets (e.g., 4 → 10 reps across an 8-week micro-cycle) that display on the exercise card.
Flags upgrades once the client hits the target in two consecutive sessions, then auto-swaps the exercise to the next variation in the list (or notifies the coach if manual approval is preferred).

Weekly workout builder
Weekly Workout Builder
Have a weekly overview option when building out a workout program.Would make building custom programs much more manageable.
As of now I’m having to build in excel first to be able to see my weekly overview without having to toggle back and forth through the workouts.

Repeating programs for subscription members
I think it would be so valuable for us Coaches to have a platform that allows for our subscription customers to subscribe to our for e.g. 12 week program and not have to continously add new version. When they finish a program is just resets and repeats. This would allow more of your customers to stay using your platform as opposed to branching out and outsourcing different platforms for program repeating abilities.

Trainer's Voice Instead of App's Voice
is there a way, instead of the super happy blonde lady default voice when the client rests, that it will use our voice? or when it says "ready in 3-2-1..." it would be super cool to the client if that was our voice

Allow me to edit workouts after they have been assigned
There needs to be more option for editing workouts and re-using workouts even if they were created by adding a workout a through "create a new workout" from the calendar window. After I assign a workout I should be able to edit it without having to go into workout builder, editing the workout and then reassigning it.

Client subscription without taking client spot from coach
it would be nice for people to join a coach's subscription for workouts without taking a full time client spot as they'd only be looking for workout programming. Extra communication via client and coach aside. Other platforms offer this as well as 1:1 full access coaching (which obviously takes a client spot) but it would be nice to have that with Trainerize so coaches don't have to use and pay for multiple platforms.

Workout Readiness Score
When you client is ready to begin their workout, having a check list of sleep, soreness, mood, energy, stress will greatly help with feedback and tracking over the course of the program/training block.
