This ensures your ideas don't get lost and always visible and other users can upvote your ideas. The idea forum allows us to keep a pulse check on what our user community as a whole wants.

Why should I vote?
This forum allows us to more accurately prioritize ideas to ensure a system of fairness by executing on improvements needed more urgently by a larger cohort of our user community, in order of voting priority. It offers you transparency into what we're reviewing, starting and have completed.

Vote subscribes you to the idea so when its status changes, you'll get notified. 

When does an idea get picked up?
The higher the votes, the more likely the idea will be completed but there is no fixed formula if an idea will be picked up as it is just one avenue we look at. The idea forum is only one of the many avenues we use to evaluate an idea's feasibility. We also factor in your conversations with our support team, in-app surveys, Facebook beta groups,  complexity of the idea, talks with our inner circle of users and how it fits with the overall vision of the platform.

For example, "Portuguese support" was for the longest time in our top 3. But embarking on that would significantly dent our ability to serve our primary English speaking community effectively.

  1. Masterminds

    Be able to schedule masterminds and Monday session. This would help with planning to catch up on demand if a session is missed. If it was in the calendar I would be more likely to do.

  2. Have a start date for habits

    I'm doing monthly challenges for my clients and being able to have habits start on the date the challenge starts instead of the exact day I input them would be better.

  3. The ability to schedule daily habits into master programs

    Creating a master program to sell as a one-off item would be much nicer if you could schedule habits! I.E. Drink 3L of water per day, hit x steps every day, 10 pages of reading every day, 10 minutes of journaling every day etc. Essentially, being able to schedule habit tracking into master programs!

  4. Don't have the habit cut-off for 12pm on challenges

    Please allow for the habit cut-off to be 11:59pm client local time for challenges and even just regular habits as some people forget to mark them off until later in the day

  5. Refeed Day

    I would like to have an option to add refeed day goal as part of their nutrition goals. So when I'm checking their macros I can see at a glance if they hit their macros on refeed day.

  6. The ability to choose an end date for habits

    The ability to choose an end date for habits instead of just weeks. If I want my client to work on a habit for 1 full month, 4 weeks doesn't cut it because there aren't always 4 weeks in the month. Also, I may want them to end on a specific day other than what the 4 weeks provide.

  7. Being able to add habits AND notes straight into calendar

    The ability to add a habit just like how you can click on a calendar day and add body stats/photos etc

    So the drop down list would look like:
    - workout
    -cardio
    - appointment
    - body stats
    - photos
    - auto messages
    - habits
    - notes

    Notes would be helpful to note things like "Client sick this week" etc so it can be viewed on the calendar.

  9. Leaderboard for groups

    Crate a leaderboard for groups to help with accountability and motivation and friendly competition. Would be nice to customize example weight volume, weight loss, run time, 1RM, or even goals such as water intake, workouts completed, x days hitting macros etc. this would be the same for everyone within that specific group and would run for a period of time and then changed to a different one to keep various types of clients engaged.

    3 weeks at water intake
    2 weeks weight volume
    6 weeks weight loss

    Etc hope this comes across clearly.

  10. Adjust push notification reminder for 'things to do'

    It would be nice to be able to set the time of day when clients get reminded about their habits. I know it's automatically sent in the morning but half the time my clients forget to come back to the app to check in if they followed through on their habit or not. Kahunas does an amazing job at their habits & daily check ins and honestly debating about going back to them.

  12. Client Profile Setup - Activity Level Explained

    Provide client with more explanation of each activity level option (Sedentary, Lightly Active, Moderately Active, Very Active). Clients may not understand what each option means and which appropriate option to select.

  13. Include steps into habits goals and link to smart devices.

    There should definitely be an option to set a steps goal. The smart watch integration should also auto sync and give the client credit for completing that task.

  14. Being able to Add Custom Branded Habit building videos

    With a custom branded app, the need for custom habit videos is a necessity. Habits are a huge part of online coaching and adding custom content would allow us to create new selling point while integrating our likeness even more

  15. Pre Program habits to clients/purchases. and Autoshcedule

    Need the ability to auto populate client's habits when they make a product purchase. I have group coaching where a number clients purchase the same product and need the habits auto enrolled. In addition the ability to add or subtract habits in a calendar based on the program.

  16. Personalize the message displayed after a completed workout or habit

    Instead of it saying 'awesome' or 'stay consistent!' etc. Let the coach choose what comes up on this screen. It may also be nice to change the 'thumbs up' cartoon to our own image.

    As an example. In line with my branding of clients getting ready for hiking season, It might display a picture of a mountain and say 'Epic workouts mean epic views!' or a picture of hiking boots and say 'You are ready for any adventure now!'

    This would be a fun added layer of personal branding.

  18. Scheduling macro/nutrition manipulation & history logs

    The ability to schedule a macro/nutrition goal update to a client's profile would be very appealing! For example: I work with clients in a ketogenic protocol, which includes a weekly macronutrient/nutritional goal update (macros are updated by me every Monday).

    It would be awesome if I could enter the Monday macros into Trainerize on Friday afternoon, but "schedule them" to go into effect on Monday (or whatever day of week chosen).

    The "scheduled macro/nutrition goal" would show in the client's dashboard and/or calendar as an upcoming adjustment, so they could plan or meal prep accordingly.

  20. Allowing clients to enter their steps manually if they don’t have an Apple Watch or FitBit

    Some of my clients don’t own FitBit or Apple Watches or have apple health so it would be good if they could manually enter their step count for the day instead of relying on them sending me pictures at the end of each day/week.
