Increase video length from 1 minute to 5 minutes to support weekly client video check-ins
Increase video length from 1 minute to 5 - 10 minutes to support weekly client video check-ins. More coaches are moving from form based check-ins to video check-ins, clients have to send me multiple 1 minute videos to get all their points across currently and it would be good to be able to send it all in one video.

Voice Message is VITAL
My clients keep asking me when the option to voice message is going to be coming to Trainerize, and I have to keep telling them "soon". Please please please add this option in asap! It's so hard to get your point across in the way you want with a client when having to send it via text.
I love everything about Trainerize but theres just that one thing missing, and voice message will be the final piece to the jigsaw!

Allow basic clients to message.
It would be great to have all messages for 1-1 personal training clients and online coaching clients in the same place!

Update to "Groups" Messaging Software
So, after using Trainerize for a little bit here I wanted to throw my idea into the wind for some changes to the messaging software in the "groups" tab.
This will be a little long, so please bare with me.
1️⃣ FIRST - Summary Tab
▪️ It would be great if we could add in a little description that can communicate whatever we need to our group of people (as seen in the photo link).
▪️ The "Time Line" Tab should really just be consolidated underneath and taken off the general chat feed to clean things up. People can interact…7 votes -
Add our own auto messages in settings
I would like the option to go into settings, and add/ edit an auto message to send out a reminder to all of our clients the Saturday before their first program starts. It is a pain to have to go into every programs calendar and do it, we have many different programs. So this takes up my whole day.

Voice messages!
It’s a bit hard to get your excitement or instructions across when sending written messages so I think voice messaging would be a great addition. I’ve had clients reach out to me this way on IG and the response is much more fluid.

Add hyperlinks into auto-messages
Rather than paste a full url into an auto-message, have the ability to add a hyperlink to specific text.

The ability for the coach to comment/reply on videos or pictures to comment on technique, form or something else along those lines
In messages, clients or athletes can send videos or pictures on technique, form, nutrition, or something else. It would be great if the coach could "reply" to that picture or video to have a comment or reply attached to the media the client sent.

Separate auto-messages and events for 2 way and 1 way client types
It would be nice to have a separate welcome email / e-consultation form / auto-messages for the two different client types. When offering high and low ticketed products, a coach may want the auto-messages and events to look different for those two different offerings.
