This ensures your ideas don't get lost and always visible and other users can upvote your ideas. The idea forum allows us to keep a pulse check on what our user community as a whole wants.

Why should I vote?
This forum allows us to more accurately prioritize ideas to ensure a system of fairness by executing on improvements needed more urgently by a larger cohort of our user community, in order of voting priority. It offers you transparency into what we're reviewing, starting and have completed.

Vote subscribes you to the idea so when its status changes, you'll get notified. 

When does an idea get picked up?
The higher the votes, the more likely the idea will be completed but there is no fixed formula if an idea will be picked up as it is just one avenue we look at. The idea forum is only one of the many avenues we use to evaluate an idea's feasibility. We also factor in your conversations with our support team, in-app surveys, Facebook beta groups,  complexity of the idea, talks with our inner circle of users and how it fits with the overall vision of the platform.

For example, "Portuguese support" was for the longest time in our top 3. But embarking on that would significantly dent our ability to serve our primary English speaking community effectively.

  1. Let trainers create folders to store products: challenges, 1-on-1, show prep, diet only, etc.

    I want to have some organization with all of the products I offer. If we could organize by folder trainers would be able to separate generic plans, challenges, 1-on-1 coaching, fitness prep, custom priced plans, and more to create organization in the products section.

  2. Ability to pay for a service without creating a profile.

    I have athletes with an account but the parents want to pay. The parents do not want an account and the athletes don't want to share their log in info.

  3. React to client purchasing a product or renewing

    We should be able to react with emojis and comments when someone purchases a product.

  4. Sell add-on products with core products on same sales page to upsell efficiently.

    Similarly to the way Stripe offers cross-sells, it would be very handy and effective to be able to list add-on products with core products on the same checkout page (just click and add).

  5. Better permissions to restrict access to certain areas of Payments section

    Owners should be able to adjust admin/manager access accordingly through a customization option or a checklist and grant certain permissions.

    Example: create an admin and allow them to view the payments tab, but restrict them from the summary tab, invoices tab, and transactions tab.

    Admins shouldn't always be able to view summary, revenue and invoices.

  6. Ability to send invoice/manual sale from mobile app

    I have to go to my computer to invoice a client for a sale for them to pay. It'd be easier if this can be done on the phone.

  7. Choose date to cancel purchase

    I require clients to give 30 days notice. Which means currently, I cannot enter anything in the system to cancel their purchase when they request it, because there is no option to choose past their current billing cycle. This would be a very helpful feature.

  11. Option to un-publish a product (like you can with meals)

    Having an option to unpublish products from showing in the trainerize.me link would be very helpful. Currently you have to delete the product in order for it to not show at certain times.

  12. setup default product automation settings

    Can we please have the ability to setup a default set of values for new products?

    For example, I am never going to sell a package that starts on the day of purchase. They will always start "next Monday", and always be removed from the platform as soon as the program is over, as I make upsells during the program.

  13. Video instead of image on product link

    This is more of a marketing idea, in the product or checkout link there's an image and description of the product, what about a short 5min video instead of the image, so you can talk about the product, persuade people to buy your product, I got that idea from click funnels(russell brunson) his website template is literally a short video which tels a story, in the description you put the offer, and you get a sale.

    Is it a ridiculous idea that something like that could work?

  15. Session packs that auto renew based on usage versus time based

    When a clients session pack pack is used up it auto-renews so that the client does not need to be invoiced so often. Easier for them.

  16. Ability to sell merchandise or other physical products in Trainerize

    We have people pop into the brick and mortar studio for vitamins and such, and if they want more than one bottle there isn't a place that I see where we can choose the quantity when making a Trainerize product.

  20. Allow in-app sign ups and seamless in-app purchases via AppStore or PlayStore

    My business has a significant amount of people trying to download my app and they're blocked from signing up.

    Also, after that, they cannot upgrade to a paid plan in-app.

    We are ok with the app stores taking 15% of the commission as it outweighs the loss in business of people not being able to seamlessly sign up.
