Basic clients still have ability to message coach
It keeps the line of communication open without taking up a seat. This is crucial for us as coaches to generate on going sale/business. Instead of relying on email campaigns to retarget.

Allow Different Terms of Use and Forms per Product
Many coaches offer multiple products and services within the same Trainerize account (e.g., online coaching, small group training, in-person training, challenges, programs, etc.).
Currently, Terms of Use and intake forms apply globally to all clients, regardless of the product they purchase.
It would be extremely helpful to allow coaches to:
• Create different Terms of Use per product
• Assign specific waiver agreements to specific programs
• Use different intake forms depending on the service
• Customize onboarding flows based on product typeFor example:

CHECK INS/PROGRESS PHOTOS
Client Check ins: Automatically keep check ins and progress photos in a “UNREAD” or “NOT YET ADDRESSED” highlight/folder in order to never miss a client check in. Having to “Tag” accounts manually takes to much unnecessary time.

Get notified when a client completes a check in & view previous check ins
Trainerize has a beta client check in and I am using that. But it would be nice to be notified when a client completes their check in instead of having to go through each client individually. Also being able to view past check ins from week to week.

Allow for individual access to move workouts around to fit their schedules without unlocking that feature for all clients
I'd like to allow certain clients to have more flexibility to move their workouts around, but only on an individual basis.

Have a tab under the clients section for check ins - with a tick for if the check in was completed for each client - so you can easily see any that are missed in the morning and chase them up without having to go into each account.

No way to remove or manipulate credits once added to account. Would love a way to be able to change a package if necessary.

basic clients can book classes
i have formed a group of individuals for a boxing group and to keep communication easy it would be good if they can come on as basic client and book into classes and be a part of the group chat to maintain connections and accountability. At the moment they take up a coaching seat and its a waste because they are class only members at the gym.

need to be able to add the check in forms to clients' calendars all at once rather than all individually.
