CRM for Trainer
A more robust client notification system for client touchpoints, deliverables or scheduling - that goes either directly to phone or through text message - to remind of various tasks. This would only be seen by the Trainer. Could include reminders to schedule a call/session, update programming, do check-ins, send survey, start offboarding, etc.

It would be helpful to have a more robust system to track and notify of client touchpoints and deliveries. Maybe this could be a notification directly to phone or a text message even. This would just be on the trainer side. This could include -- reminders for scheduling calls, updating programs, check-in days, etc.

Add to calendar "personal client events"
Being able to include client-specific events in each client's personal calendar, such as competitions (running, cycling, etc.), important dates (physio visits, doctor visits, etc.), based on what our client tells us.
This is very useful for the client to organize their schedule and for us (the trainers) to keep track of what they have planned for their workouts.

Sheduling messages in bulk ahead of time on everyone calendar in bulk
- please make messages scheduling plannable directly on the main calendar for everyone to be reached in bulk, once, rather than having to programme individual messages for each client which takes so much time.

See how many people actually use the app and for how much time.
Marketing statistics about the participance rates etc, so as to create niche marketing messages.

A great idea would be to view statistics for your groups/classes and which one has higher attendance but also see which clients participate more in every one.

So i think this app really needs a proper weekly check in feature, currently you can set up repeated automated questions but only 3 per time, but adding in a proper weekly check in feature alongside all the biometric data would change the game and would help the clients engage more in there weekly check ins

Have a Media Storage Icon to access images or videos sent or received from clients to recall back
Would be great to have access to a Media Library to find a photo or video from the chat box with a client. As more communication goes on it is tough to scroll back to find something or pin especially when it is a screen shot of more in depth performance metrics from wearables. This is also helpful in so many ways!

Education section
There needs to be an "Education" section or portal that is separate from workouts. Clients need to be able to refer to videos uploaded by the trainer for basic education for true remote coaching. This is already available on other apps and if not added makes Trainerize fall behind the competition

Toggling Between Clients
During training sessions, I am using the app on my phone to log my clients workout data and it would be nice to toggle between clients easier. We do some partner and small group training so being able to add data for multiple clients at the same time, as well as make better notes about an exercise during the session would be helpful.

Request: Enable GST as a Separate Line Item for Australian Coaches
As an Australian fitness coach, I’m legally required to collect 10% GST from my clients. However, Trainerize does not currently support adding GST as a separate line item to client payments or invoices, which creates significant challenges for complying with Australian tax laws.
While I can adjust package prices for new clients to include GST, I cannot retroactively charge my existing clients. Changing their packages would require cancelling all current subscriptions, creating new ones with GST-inclusive pricing, and reselling them to each client. This process risks losing loyal clients…

Prevent Clients from SCREEN SHOTTING workouts to save for their own
I would like Trainerize to find a way to stop clients from screen shotting the workouts the trainers assign and create. Ive had opportunities for sales that did not go through because clients have screen shotted the workouts for themselves. If we can find a way to prevent this from happening, it'll protect alot of trainers hard work from being stolen.

normally we need a funnel system link on ig to book clients and ask questions to see if they qualify

In-Person training session check-ins to keep track of completed sessions
There should be a way for clients to check in when they arrive for an in person session and it should keep track of all in person sessions completed.

Enable Intakes and Waivers to be filled out and submitted via Trainerize app
Have a section to set up intakes and waivers to be filled out by clients and then automatically uploaded to their file. With an in app feature, this would streamline onboarding processes and alleviates issues for clients trying to use Google Forms or PDF fillable forms.

CRM
CRM activities have been recommended, mostly from the perspective of leads and marketing. But even just tracking current client touchpoints, activities and to-do reminders for the TRAINER that aren't seen by the client would be supremely helpful!! For example, a recurring reminder to schedule in-person session for my hybrid clients. Thanks so much!
