We are continually upgrading your fitness app with new features based on your feedback. Please add a new idea, or vote on an existing idea. This ensures your ideas don't get lost and always visible and other users can upvote your ideas. The idea forum allows us to keep a pulse check on what our user community as a whole wants.

Why should I vote?
This forum allows us to more accurately prioritize ideas to ensure a system of fairness by executing on improvements needed more urgently by a larger cohort of our user community, in order of voting priority. It offers you transparency into what we're reviewing, starting and have completed.

Vote subscribes you to the idea so when its status changes, you'll get notified. 

When does an idea get picked up?
The higher the votes, the more likely the idea will be completed but there is no fixed formula if an idea will be picked up as it is just one avenue we look at. The idea forum is only one of the many avenues we use to evaluate an idea's feasibility. We also factor in your conversations with our support team, in-app surveys, Facebook beta groups,  complexity of the idea, talks with our inner circle of users and how it fits with the overall vision of the platform.

For example, "Portuguese support" was for the longest time in our top 3. But embarking on that would significantly dent our ability to serve our primary English speaking community effectively.

    Without the posibility to install google tags on our domains we can't measure our google and facebook ads campaign so we can't get new clients effciently.

  3. When a client purchase a product, add the option to automatically start the program next Monday.

    I noticed that when a client buy's a product the program automatically start the day of the purchase , example if a program is set for a typical Monday to Friday and the client buy's the program on Saturday the program starts at Saturday. That's very problematic, because if you 100sales products ,I don't want to change the start of the program manually.You should add the option to start the program next Monday automatically regardless the day the client purchase the product. Thanks

  5. Colors of blue links

    Is there a way for people to change the color of the blue and black? Or are you guys thinking of changing it? I have several clients who struggle to be able to see the words and where to click on the app on their phones.

  7. Notify client when Program Phase or workout is added

    Right now the client is only notified when a program is added. For a long-term client this is only done once. I'd like to either manually or automatically notify the client when a trainer adds a phase or workout.

    I had a client ask for a new workout while they were traveling. I added the workout and texted them, but because of travel they never got the text. So they assumed I didn't do it.

    I also have clients ask if they're going crazy or if the workouts look different because they didn't notice I made changes.

  10. Class Cancel button

    There is no option in the app to cancel a class. Given that a $15 fee is charged if you fail to cancel 1 hour prior or attend, wouldn’t it be nice to have a “cancel” button pop up?

  11. NETFLIX Style Popularity Rating for Templated Workouts overall and by season

    I would be interested in a feature that allows trainers or club owners to see which templated workouts are most popular with their users. So the ability for end-users to rate their workouts, which could be aggregated and displayed on the templated workouts page.

    This could be expanded as well for seasons. Example: Most popular w/outs for New Years weight loss, or Lean by Halloween, Summer Shred.

  13. Be able to add in multiple task in the calendar view. Add in workouts + cardio + body stats at one time.

  16. Provide clearer timeframes for apps updating

    Trainers who pay for Studio apps to have it on Google and Apple, should be notified that when there are updates to app and new features, that it takes longer for these apps to update. This is critical so we know the expected timeframe as our clients are asking and our trainers feel left out b/c other accounts are updated before.

  17. Sidebar Menu

    Can we please have the option to NOT collapse the sidebar on the web browser please? I often us split-screen on my monitor, which forces the sidebar to go into icon-only.

    Even after 5+ years, I am still clicking on the wrong icons. I need words.
