It would be great if within a product you could set up a group class and the participanta added to that programme were then auto enrolled in
When you create a product for a trial it's great, I have created a 10 day product and I wanted to run live virtual sessions on day 1, 4 8 and 10, however in the product as it stands i have to manually add people to the class in the programme when they come into the trial rather than them being automatically enrolled via the product. If they were automatically enrolled via the product I would be able to run the challenge continuously with the challenge starting every Monday as opposed to a fixed date which limits me to how…

the ability to link a couple to the appointment and training program so they can both access the program i have clients that train together and having the app open on two phones take up to much time and one has to contact the other on changes to sessions because only one can be assigned to the appointment.

- There is no way to send classes in the app to potential clients outside the app I am aware of
- When I create a new form, I have to add to each clients calendar individually

The group chat tool that is included in Trainerize is not only entirely out of date but also nearly childish in its use of emojis, particularly in a world where the future is leading us towards things like Skool, Circle, etc., and where communities are everything. I’d like to suggest a feature that would greatly improve the sales process for coaches using the platform.
Currently, potential clients must go through several steps (email, invitation, registration, app download, login) before they can see even a basic demo of the app. This creates a lot of friction and reduces conversions.

Please consider adding a Direct Trial Access Link — a temporary link (24 hours or 3 days) that allows new prospects to preview a limited version of the app without creating an account or using a client seat.

Time format 24h
Make second option for time. Instead ogam and pm, it would be great if there is 24h format. In our country/continent (europa) is this main and only format. Its confusing for clients when they apply for group classes

For trainers with small group classes, notify the trainer when a client signs up and or cancels their spot in the class. This will keep us from having to check so frequently if a client signed up or decides to change their class time or day.

Lead prospecting - Add multiple users in a single time slot (E.g. for in-person group class free trials)
Lead prospecting is great - it allows users to book a session WITHOUT first downloading the app. However there is a problem for group fitness studios I.e. only one prospect may book per time slot. For my studio, I would like multiple users to be able to book free trials at the same time (e.g 6.15am) without needing to download the app first (kills free trial conversion)

Double Book Different Appointment Type
Clients need to be able to book to come in to the training room for self-service options like cardio or mobility work assigned to them while I work with other clients. The time slots only allow one type of appointment at the moment so I can't see what the needs of the people coming in are if they book under the only type available.
