The check in form should be native to Trainerize so your client doesn't have to leave the app

Ability to set a check in form, much like a body stat or check in photo in calendar. That we can set and code ourselves, much like the original consult form. -

PYHub and PT distinction offer great form support. Hoping you will soon too.

Right now my clients have to email me or fill out a form outside the trainerize app. It would be nice if there was a check-in section / form directly on the app to use. As well as add check-in dates to their calendar!

An area to customize check in questions on top of physical progress stats for your clients i,e.
Did you feel motivated this week?
How was sleep/ stress?
How was mobility?
What was something you were proud of?
Something you want to focus on improving next week? etc -

This is a great idea. I see other programs like PT or Total Coaching has the ability to send customized forms from in the app. Trainerize should be able to do this too

it would be great to be able to have a check-in form where the trainer could create their own questions (similar to Google Forms) that could be scheduled into the client's calendar to be sent out as scheduled by the trainer. It would be really great to also have the the ability for the trainer to respond to the the client's responses to the Form questions, and the client to then be able to respond back again. This way the trainer could continue multiple discussions around all check-in topics.

We need an extensive check in form and a place for it to be submitted every week to check bio feedback...not just weight, measurements etc questions about digestion, sleep, *** drive, recovery are the most important factors outside of training and nutrition!

Have a form for clients to fill out weekly with space available for them to type in specific comments

Have a specific section to check in on days. Like a questionnaire to add rather than a workout or habit.

I LOVE being able to schedule and repeat the Progress Pics and Track Body Stats options. I schedule them out weekly or bi-weekly for my clients.
However, I like to dive deeper with my coaching and take note of their overall well-being, mentality, energy levels etc.
I currently am handling this by setting up repeating auto-messages in their calendar that say "How was your week? How did you feel mentally? How did you feel energy-wise?" etc.
But this is labor-intensive to have to set up for every client.
Having an option similar to scheduling the tracking of body stats (maybe either a 1-5 sliding scale/radio button option with the ability to add different topics and rate them? - or simply a space where they could write a short note) would be SO helpful.

Yes! Customize it like we do the consultation form, but also include how often we'd like the form to be sent to our clients (weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, etc) and be able to include (or not include) it with certain programs.

I have some nutrition only clients that I am adjusting weekly macros. Having a set check in day in the system would help with organization. Also, being able to set a macro goal for the future. For example, set a new macro goal that starts tomorrow so it wouldn’t mess with today’s set macros. Very helpful when working with clients in different time zones
