Alerts for Class Registration
My favorite feature of the previous AFC app was the ability to receive alerts when class registration opened. I’d love to see this feature on this app.

Manual Check into Class - Time limit
Need to limit ability to manually check into class, currently you can book a class and enroll into the class at same time...based on Enrollment Window.
This needs to be based on check in window. 1-2 hours prior to class.
Currently members are checking into class days / weeks in advance and then not showing up and not opening spots for other people. class counts are all messed up etc.7 votes -
Allow trainers to schedule group training sessions with vacant spaces.
Scenario: I have two clients who want to start training and are interested in finding two more training partners bringing the group total to 4 and thus lowering cost for everyone.
Allow coaches to create a 4 person group training appointment in their schedule and place the 2 active clients in the appointment. The other two vacancies then appear on the trainer's availability schedule for potential clients to view.

add clients to all up in coming session bookings
I have a class everyone M W F at 6 30 It would be great to be able to add someone to all of them not just one by one

Show clients name first, instead of appointment type.
Set the clients name as the start of the preview
At the moment each appointment description begins with the appt. type and I have to hover over the appointment to see the clients name. This means that when the appointments are integrated into an external calendar (google calendar for me) all I see is "45min PT session" so would be nice to see the clients name first.48 votes -

Real-time location tracking for mobile gym appointments
Unique business model where trainers have mobile gyms or pop-up gyms where clients can book an appointment and the trainer will go to them. Would like to be able to implement location tracking so that the client can see when the trainer is on the way.

Show trainer availability and vacation on schedule, especially on week view so owners and managers can schedule appointment..
Often times owners or managers are trying to schedule trainer's appointments, but are unavailable during certain times of the day, especially in the future. It would be great if it were integrated in the scheduling screen. Would also be great if adding vacation or unavailable times in the schedule screen rather than having to take many extra steps to enter through many different screens.

Cross team member appt scheduling for clients
I have a team of 3; 2 trainers & 1 nutritionist. I think it would be beneficial to have the ability for clients to have the option to schedule appts with multiple trainers/team members. This could be an option that could be turned on depending on the appt type.
This would be beneficial to my team as we service our clients with different roles

Allow trainers to mass schedule appointments before client purchases all session credits. Allow trainer to track this information so they can handle it as they like.

Appt or classes given report
I contract at a gym and need to run analytics on my number of sessions and group sessions to be sure I am accurately paying for my time. It would be nice if I could export some type of report based on my calendar. Reporting on different analytics regarding my business in general would be nice, other than "app logins".

Make it easier for clients to see appointment availability! Please :)
Right now when clients are looking for availability they see a calendar and have to click on each day hoping they pick a day that has availability.
Highlighting days that have slots available on the calendar view would be really helpful!

add note to appointment in ical
The in-app calendar automatically adds/updates appointments in our own calendar (i.e iphone calendar) but it doesn't transfer the notes section of the appointment. This would be very useful since then I wouldn't need to open the Trainerize calendar everytime to check if I have a note written to the appointment. The point of the calendar integration is to be able to use our own calendar fully.

Which I could select multiple appts on the calendar to delete, instead of going one by one.

Attach workout to an appointment or class
It would be monumental if we could combine class check-ins with their scheduled WOD and mark the WOD complete as the class completes.

Syncing multiple calendars
It would be nice to add multiple calendars or be able to delete the one that is synced and add a new calendar, so we don't have to mix personal with work related calendars.

allow the calendar to be perpetual.
allow us to schedule clients as long as we'd like. not for 16 week Periods. we have clients on 12 month contracts and many of them renew. it would be nice to be able to keep them in the calendar as long as wed like.
