If I have a tag folder called "workouts" and I have that folder in a clients plan. When I add a workout to that tag, it should appear in the clients plan automatically as well. This will reduce double handling

I have made four pre-built training programs for clients. I've had to code their titles to organize them in a list. You should make it possible to have several training plans for ongoing training clients. Tabulate them so that the client can click on whichever training plan and can easily locate and add their workouts to their calendar.

This is great for including clients on group challenges on top of their individualized program/training plans.

Yes! This would be helpful for several reasons - 1) I like to have the "Plan" start a few days before the actual first day so my client can see what's ahead and plan for their first week. However, if they're finishing one plan, they can't see the next plan until the first one has finished, and they can't overlap, so there would be a "blank" period. 2) It would be so nice to have multiple 'mini-plans' - for example, 3 beginner-level plans of cardio, core, and other strength workouts. I would love to be able to copy one, two, or three programs to a single client at the same time, kind of a mix-and-match based on their time commitment or current fitness, and have them all schedule in appropriately, during the same time frame.

You can copy the TRX workouts into the current active training plan to include both, no need to have 2 active training plans :) Just make sure you're copying the workouts, and not a training plan.

I would like to be able to schedule more than 1 training plan on the calendar in the same time period. In other words the training plans should be able to overlap. I have had several instances that my clients would like to have 2 different training plans during their sessions with me. For example I have a client that has a full body workout with dumbbells but she also has TRX she wants to do instead of the dumbbell workout occasionally throughout the same 8 week period. I can only schedule 1 plan on her calendar at a time in the same time period. I also would like to be able to put my warm up and after workout stretches on their calendar but I can't because I can only schedule 1 training plan at a time.

I have "open ended training clients" I'd like to run monthly challenges for. But as it is now, if I create a scheduled plan I want to copy over to each of them (with same start/end date) like a plank challenge, the system won't me to do it unless I erase their current plan and everything in it. I really don't want to have to manually copy each day to each client, yuck!

I would LOVE to have the ability to organize all of my workouts into workout program folders, and then be able to move those program folders over to individual clients to have them on a full program. I don't typically just do random workouts, they're always organized by some kind of program depending on the clients' goals.
