Allow me to define availability and let clients to self book/reschedule appointments
Trainers should be able to plot in when they are available and when they are busy, so that clients can schedule and re-schedule sessions easy.
Hi everyone,
Thanks for your great suggestion! We’re marking this idea as completed!
Your clients can now self-book their appointments by turning on self-booking for those appointment types.
You can also define your availability for the appointment types.

@trainerize PLEASE make this happen. Having group classes in person while having to manually book and cancel is a nightmare. Please build this system or have integration with another app.

I would like to add a schedule for clients to be able to schedule in person appointments with trainer at a training location and have this integrated with their calendar in app.

Yes i agree, if clients could book own appointments based off trainers availability this would be much easier and simpler for the trainer & Client to manage.

If this feature is added, I am switching my company (4 trainers) to Trainerize next day. I landed on My PT Hub instead, as that is the ONLY online PT platform with this simple client self-scheduler feature.

A system where you set your working hours and can block hours as unavailable if needed. This then allows clients that have paid to select a time that they wish to train with you. You then get a notification whether to accept this time or not.
It would also be nice if this could sync with personal calendars so other appointments/holiday is automatically blocked off for bookings

Adding a client booking calendar feature would be extremely beneficial. Having something where PTs could set their schedule with the option to block off certain dates/times would make the booking process efficient for both PTs and clients as a lot of coaches are currently using other calendar apps.
Adding cancelation policies, automated emails reminders and new client intake forms would make this app a one stop shop covering all the needs of a PT business.

If this app intergraded a booking platform, that would handle needs I use Square appointments for. Clients can see all your availability, choose a service (30min-60min), cancel, reschedule, and receive automatic customizable reminder texts and or emails for upcoming appointments or cancelled appointments. This literally takes so much time and effort off my hands and provides exceptional service to the client.

It is critical that the client self-booking also reflect time zones. We have clients in over 56 countries and 22 timezones so a reflective time feature is a must.

Yep I literally be able to use the appointments features until my clients can self book like they do currently with Calendly. Even an integration with Calendly could work but it would be really neat to be able to automate a message to client every other sunday for example " Hey FIRST NAME for extra support this week click 'here' book a coaching call or 'here' for a remote PT session." and then they can book it according to their calender.
Instead I will currently be sharing them links to Calendly booking that is linked to auto linked to Zoom account.

Right now I have to set up a schedule with Calendly then send the clients the link in their program to schedule an appointment with me. This would make a fantastic option so that members can know when we are available and book their own appointments. That way we can just check out calender when we get to the office and know who is coming in.

This would be a game changer. I use Mindbody because I do not have o micro manage all my clients schedules. I find my cancellation rate is extremely low because spots are filled fast--and I do not lose time and money chasing my clients for their appts.

The client could see the availability of a coach and buy and book a slot for a 1hour private coaching

Give clients the capability to book 1:1 sessions and to offer packages for sessions.

This would be great. Currently using Appointy free so that clients can book based on my availability but to have everything within Trainerize appointments so that clients can see trainer availability (for whatever appointment type), would be the best solution.

I wish we had the feature in the Appointment tab to block off specific times that we want to be free time, be it lunch, or our own workout, or business building time.

In the appointment section, it would be useful / save time if the Trainerize app had a feature that allows clients to book themselves a session online.
It would need to let the trainer set availabilities (ie. Within your working hours) and probably show the rules to book in and cancellation policy.
And even better, an automated message once a session is booked if its a new client with your personalised ‘New client form / questions / goals’.

This would save us admin time. If we could select when we are free/block out any time that they cannot book, then let them schedule in their own appointments. This could be used for clients who want to book in 1-2-1 personal training or for online clients who want to book a call
