Data graph for workouts
Add a data graph for workouts that shows current reps/weight and show a dashed estimated progression if continue on trend. That way it could help adjust personal goal and progress if not on track or exceeding progress to fast.

Last 14 and 30 days body stats (Weight)
Please add the ability to show the stats for the last 14 days and also last 30 days. Seeing a 3 month view isn’t helpful when first starting out. The way the iOS app “carb manager” works is much more intuitive giving me a better view of the body weight. I can’t post screen shots here but it is much more intuitive.

I use Nutracheck as it’s much easier and quicker to navigate and more accurate with weights etc.

Ability to personally manually add additional workouts to my days!
It would be such a beneficial feature to allow the user to manually add workouts to our days. (Example: cardio, yoga, hiking, rollerblading, weight lifting, Pilates, HIIT, Tabata, create your own additional workout, etc,) Rather than only being able to complete scheduled workouts. This way my trainer can have complete & accurate information on my fitness and workouts. Please!! :)

The ability to choose modified workouts for when you don't have access to gym equipment, or for certain injuries (like knee-friendly exercises, shoulder friendly, ankle friendly, etc.)

Modification on exercises recomendations
Some of us are new to do exercise on a regular basis and we need and alternative to do the workout ehile we build resistance.

Set the days you want to workout versus rest days.
For 3 and 5 day workouts, allow the user to customize which days of each week are workout days. Such as M-W-F, or similar. This will help avoid pushing workouts out to the next day each day,

Own Calorie tracker
Since the integration with AppleWatch and the customizable LT Apple Watch face, I love being able to see in an instant my steps and calories burned and to launch a work out however I’m forced to use another app to track calorie intake.

Display previous comments with previous exercise stats
For previous exercise stats include comments on previous stats for exercises . I.e. comment may say "used EZ bar" which will be useful if you're thinking of whether to use that or Olympic bar etc
