We are continually updating your fitness app with new features based on your feedback. Please add a new idea, or vote on an existing idea. This ensures your ideas don't get lost and always visible and other users can upvote your ideas. The idea forum allows us to keep a pulse check on what our user community as a whole wants.

Why should I vote?
This forum allows us to more accurately prioritize ideas to ensure a system of fairness by executing on improvements needed more urgently by a larger cohort of our user community, in order of voting priority. It offers you transparency into what we're reviewing, starting and have completed.

Vote subscribes you to the idea so when its status changes, you'll get notified. 

When does an idea get picked up?
The higher the votes, the more likely the idea will be completed but there is no fixed formula if an idea will be picked up as it is just one avenue we look at. The idea forum is only one of the many avenues we use to evaluate an idea's feasibility. We also factor in your conversations with our support team, in-app surveys, Facebook beta groups,  complexity of the idea, talks with our inner circle of users and how it fits with the overall vision of the platform.

For example, "Portuguese support" was for the longest time in our top 3. But embarking on that would significantly dent our ability to serve our primary English speaking community effectively.

  2. Allow for notes on exercises

    If I am doing banded chin ups, I would like have notes to say I did 10 x at a blue resistance band, 8 × yellow resistsnce etc. Allowing notes per excercise makes it easier to track results. Writing the colour or type of resistance band level. Even with machinery, we have matrix machines, hammer strength, life fitness, multiple of the same machine and for example the weight I can pull down on a lat pull down machine is different depending on the brand used. An option to add free text to that specific exercise which carries across each week.

  3. Be able to edit a past workout and the whole system refreshes with new data

    Ability to edit old workout if the wrong data is entered. I know this is possible but:
    1. I only can go back so far
    2. It doesn't update personal bests (so far I've noticed)

    Reason - for example I've accidentally typed the wrong weight and never noticed. 2020 March I have typed 66kg dumbbell bench press but that's an error so now I can never get personal best as the system thinks it's the highest I've went and its not. Its throwing off goals and personal bests

  4. Add option for payment to your coach.

    Make option for paying your coach for meal plans or training. Allow biweekly or monthly payments to them.

  5. Reduce clicks

    Improve the user experience by reducing clicks, adding more functionality is expensive and it tends to be for a small minority of users. This app is a training programme and the vision / outcome is to improve overall health and user fitness, it’s not to make the most technical app on the market.

  6. Add address to Location field of appointments

    Appointment sync to calendar is amazing feature, but it does not include the club address so my Tesla does not automatically navigate there the way it would if the address was there.

  8. Provide a profile view with details of others in the group

    Let me see the details of others in my groups. Right now all I can see are user names and a tiny circle photo. It’s not a good way to build community or relationships if I can’t drill in and know who is making comments or chatting

    It would be great for the app to offer videos on how to use each machine that are available in the gym for new/existing members that are unsure or don’t want to ask. Proper form & correct way to use it.
