add to the app an area where you could see how busy the gym is at the time you want to go
So say someone doesn’t like to come workout when it’s too crowded. a place on the app to check to see exactly how busy the gym is at that time.

Allow input for weights and reps during a 5x5 circuit workout, not at the end of the whole thing
During the timed “count down” 5x5 circuit workouts you can’t input weights and reps until the end of the 28 minute workout. Would be nice to be able to input these during the 1 min rest because by the end its hard to remember everything.

Allow more membership choices
Allow more membership choices once 4 mos expire whereby people who need very little hand holding can still work w their coach & pay reasonable monthly fee i.e. $50/mo, where have every 90 days check in call, access to BSF app etc, have coach design work outs every 90 days, access coach via What's App still. Had BSF offered something like this, I would have gladly paid for this service! You all could be losing $ here since u do not have this option.

Add the option of syncing with healthifyMe
It is more user friendly and helpful compared to my fitness Pal. Also it has been catered around Indians cooking and foods so most of the items are there in unlike my fitness Pal where most of the dishes are not in the database

Show as active calories on Apple Watch instead of in km
When looking at the Apple fitness app, it will say “cross training 0.33km”. Instead it should just say “cross training 100 active calories burned”. 0.33km is not a proper way to measure the workout. The app needs to be able to sync with Apple fitness

Post more than 1 photo per message
Right now you have to post a photo at a time, making group posts really long. I wish we could post multiple photos together in one post.

Monthly/weekly summary
Have a week or month in review that summarizes what was accomplished (how many hours of cardio, workouts, etc.) to help with motivation and set goals moving into the next week or month.

Faster data input
The app really slows down when entering data for sets, reps, etc. The cursor won't even show up for a couple seconds with corresponding click sound. Maybe this is an android issue, but even so, please improve overall functionality/compatibility. Really annoying when trying to get through a quick workout and a tenth of my time is wasted on waiting for the app to respond to basic input.

Able to edit lifting program before starting it not just during the workout.
Ability to Substitute exercises prior to starting program so it’s already all set up when I want to start it

Eliminate white text on light button, or dark text on dark buttons
White / orange/yellow is too hard to read. Or use black for the text.

Consistent Trainer Examples
Have one trainer example the individual workouts instead of a mixture of different quality videos with different trainers.

While workout let the explanation videos run
When I do a workout I always have to click on the video to watch it to get it shown up. While that the workout count gets on pause. Would be better if it would just run while it is my task to do the exersice, so I could directly copy the moves and try to do it in the same pace.

Add an audible countdown during rest
When the rest timer reaches 10 sec, it would be cool to have an audible countdown so people can start getting ready ahead of the rest being over to maximize workout time.

Track heart rate and calories for ALL activities
Some activities currently don’t track and log your heart rate and calories burned, but others do. This should be a feature for ALL the activities for accurate calorie counting and optimal fitness tracking workout to workout.

Create left and right stretches for both body parts
Currently the stretch lasts for 30 seconds but doesnt afford time for the other side.
