Add a journal that keeps track of my workout and day. This would allow me to write notes on how the workout went, what to work on in the future, my progress, what worked, and what didn’t, etc.

I would to be able to add meals for other times than right now. Want to be able to enter yesterday’s meals today.

Ability to clear prior workout data (if you realized you were entering the wrong data for example)
This would be helpful if you realized you made an error in tracking, or maybe you took some time off and want to start fresh. This way you will still have personal bests that register after a workout.

Accurate Macros for Custom Foods
There should be the ability to put in ACCURATE macros for custom foods. I can’t put 1.3g so I have to round up to 2g or down to 1g.

Keep the videos for reference after the program
It’s a very expensive program. To keep the habit it’s good to have the videos to look back at for reference for correct form and motivation. I think you pay enough to keep them.

Increase the alliwed word count when you rate your workout so that you can better explain how things went to your trainer.

When inserting extra exercises, put the rest periods between sets.

It would be good to add comments to exercises as you go rather than try and add all your comments at the end of the workout where there is a character limit

Ability to easily report an error with scanned barcodes.
Barcode 3760299913074 brings up a chilli chicken bento box from Waitrose but it’s now a chicken yakisoba bento box from asda. Similar style food but very different calorie count. One example of many errors found. Need ability to update/correct old barcodes please.

Remove option for the camera, and instead add photos for the food items
Meal tracking should not be as time-consuming! It would be much more efficient if we’re trying to track a meal, rather than have a Camera pop-up to take photos, instead have food pictures already integrated inside the app with the food items. This way, when you select a food item, it comes with a picture already. Kind of like my fitness pal and other mealTracking apps.

Add ability to automatically Pull weight/body stats from apple health (or other already associated apps). it seems silly to be the only thing not auto.

Allow rest timer to sound when locked
Allowing the rest timer to sound when the phone is locked.

Timer Beep Halfway and at 3, 2, and 1 second.
You have to continuously look at the tiny (make it bigger, or set the back ground to red, then green when you’re good to go) timer on the top screen of your phone to know when to start again. If it could beep a slightly different tone halfway through the count down. Then beep again at 3, 2, and 1 second(s) so you don’t have to stare at your phone. Showing the timer on the Apple Watch would be good also. The Seconds App does a really good job with this.

Famous workouts
The idea here is to feature the top body builders in the sport now or in the past. Ex. Arnold, Ronnie, CBum, etc. and feature their “shoulder workout” “leg workout” etc. Have these workouts within the system and create fun interactive challenges for people. If using a branded version of Trainerize; maybe have that branded app feature an Arnold workout and feature it within people’s programming. Have the main coach have the ability to add it in their clients weekly workout. For example, here’s your normal shoulder workout, or you can do this weeks pro featured workout, the Arnold’s Shoulder…

It would be nice to see a graph or data of previous workouts to see current and past progress.
