Make your own workout
Be able to at least rename or make your own workout program. Having all of my workouts named freestyle is sometimes hard to keep track of. It'd be nice if I could rename it to "Upper Body" "Lower Body" "Pull Day" etc.

Give us start and end only audio in interval mode
Basically like it was before you added the "encouraging" voice. I don't need someone interrupting my music to tell me to keep working, that just ruins flow. But I don't want to have to stare at my phone to know when I'm done either, as I have to when I mute the voice.

I would like to see a chart/graph on the dash to track workouts
I would like a chart/graph/widget on the dash to track workouts. Something to show if I missed workouts, or better to show time. So if I did a 30 min lift that visually shows lower on that day than an hour lift+run. With 0 for an off day and negative with a missed workout. Also, user should be able to choose time vs other measurements (max reps, max weight, workout difficulty, etc) as y axis. X axis should be days.

Bring back voice countdown
Bring back the trainer countdown “3,2,1...walking” during cardio workouts. Allow for volume adjustment over music if people don’t want to hear it.
Voice during timed workouts also key. Watching the timer is annoying.

Automatically plan a whole workout option for users
I just downloaded the app and i have no idea where to start, instead of the + button it would be nice to see an option where my entire plan is automatically generated by you guys who are specialists. Thank you

Add time between workouts to change position
Automatically add [custom] time between all workouts to change positions (so the athlete can move from abs to squat, etc) and not lose time.

For my workouts I track on my Fitbit to be added as workouts I have done.
The app allows you to sync up your fitness watch but it only takes your steps and sleep records. I would like it to also take my tracked workouts.

Allow to give comments while completing work outs
It would be so awesome while within the designed work out, to have a feedback box after every exercise to keep notes on what we experience during that activity.
It’ll help the coach understand a bit more of how their drills are activating their students learning. The student will also benefit from not having to have a separate place to take notes while completing the exercises/drills/activities.

Would prefer to just flash thumbs up then get back to screen to make daily updates faster.

Reduce clicks
Improve the user experience by reducing clicks, adding more functionality is expensive and it tends to be for a small minority of users. This app is a training programme and the vision / outcome is to improve overall health and user fitness, it’s not to make the most technical app on the market.

Sync other bmp and zone minutes achieved from Fitbit
Currently, I am only seeing resting bmp but not the bmp from being active. It would be great if the all bmp is synched (bmp from being active and the zone minutes).

Heart rate graphs
Add features to be able to look at historical heart rate data from workouts. What your average heart rate was during a certain workout, how long you spent in target heart rate zone etc

Add int a check mark on completed exercises helps to easily start back without trying to remember where you left off

Add a way to save self created workouts
Unless I missed it, it would be great to be able to save workouts you create somewhere so you can select them again for another day.
