Weight assisted exercises
There are a few exercises that are weight assisted that need to be accommodated for in the app by allowing a negative weight or something like that.

Woop needs full integration
Need to fully integrate Woop, no middle ware, also need a personal version so when done with sessions with trainer, have option to move on.

A delete button to edit sleep hour when you type it in wrong
We should be able to adjust our sleep times after we add them in case we type it in wrong. Also can you add a nap category and a bedtime category. A lot of us work nights and nap when we flip our schedules

Entry of HIT data between cycles
Allow entry of data between cycles. Right now during a HIT workout, you can only enter data once all cycles are done. I forget. Allow entry during the rest period between cycles.

summary along with diary
seeing summary in line with diary would really be helpful. tabbing back and forth is kind of a pain.

There should be a notes spot to track dsys your off and why
I'd like days where I can look back and note this meal reacted poorly for me. I got constipated or I was sick these days. I had family arrive. Ways to help track the data for what went wrong and overall mood during the progression of the weight loss process.

When generating the shopping list, have the option to choose the number of serves required for each recipe.

Add your daily nutrition goals for tracking
As part of my training program, I get a full body scan once a month. That scan tells me my recommended daily nutrition, and it would be nice to be able to enter those goals into the app and it tracks your meal intake against your daily goals. That way you know if you’re hitting, going above or below your targets.

Saved recipe section
A separate section where I can build my recipe for say a soup or pasta using the food selection but then be able to say I ate 1/4 or 1/6 of the recipe as a total.
So if I made a pasta using 1lb of chicken and 120g of dry pasta,1 cup of spinach, and 433ml of Alfredo sauce from Classico. I can enter this full recipe and then record in my diary that I ate 1/4 of the recipe and it be able to calculate the macros I actually ate.
Then if I have more pasta tomorrow I can…

It would be helpful if the app allowed connection with my smart watch.
I have a Samsung watch that tracks everything, it would be helpful if I could connect my watch to the app.

Move next exercise series to the top
I wish the next exercise series moved up to the top so I don't have to remember the last one I completed

Make substitute exercises start from most similar with machines
Example - if an exercise uses a band, make the first substitute a dumbbell/freeweight option if one exists, then a cable machine option of the same exercise, etc.

Ability to see subbed exercises across workouts
When I sub an exercise it would be great to see that sub each time the exercise comes up in a workout in the future.

Ability to see a weekly/monthly report of how we did on habits
It would be great to get to see an aggregate of how many times we completed each habit for a weekly and monthly review of how we are doing on habits.

Filter ability I. E. No pork, or no brown sugar
Meal element selection or filtering. For example no pork or no brown sugar.

Color code workouts by gym
I workout at two different gyms. The tension on the cables is different, there is no way for me to easily look at past workouts to see which location I trained at. From the day view, be able to swipe on the workout completed to color code it for the gym.

The How To and Resources links have never worked. Please fix them so that documents can be viewed.

Searching for an ingredient you’ve used before, it should filter your most similar ingredients from recents first, then a general list
I use a lot of the same ingredients and rather than having to “favourite” them, which isn’t entirely straightforward, when I search for an item, rather than scrolling my recents, it would be useful if it filtered from my recents before the more generic list. Or have the ability to “favourite” an ingredient from the “recents” screen.
