Make fiber more prominent.
Include fiber in the summary of each meal. Fiber is critical for your health and Carbs alone is inadequate to assess the quality and health content of your meal. We need to see fiber to understand the complete picture therefore it should be more prominent and easily accessible.

Allow user to enter the serving size themself
The app defaults to 1 serving, e.g. 1 cup, and then only offers fractions. This is super clunky and time consuming. At least default it to the -. Better yet, allow user to enter in decimals.

Please add more flexibility to customize workouts
Due to certain limitations I often must substitute exercises and/or want to expand my workout beyond the coach’s specific lifts. While the “substitute” option is there you can only sub in something already in the database. There is currently no way to add in additional (extra) lifts/exercises once already started a workout. Additionally, it would be super helpful if the option to add in a customized name or description was available. Not every lift I need is in the database. I would love to be able to insert exercises from my own plan with my custom name and description.

Manually add steps OR a way to sync steps on android devices
At the moment there is no reliable way to track steps on an android device unless you have a fitbit - Which a lot of people don't.
At the very least an option to manually add steps would work.
Syncing steps from myfitnesspal would also work.
Syncing with samsung health or similar would be ideal.I had to download 3 separate apps to get it to sync my steps to this app and that stopped working after 2 days anyway. Not being able to reliably sync my steps across is a real pain.

Add comments to exercises during the workout
It would be good to add comments to exercises as you go rather than try and add all your comments at the end of the workout where there is a character limit

Create cardio intervals/ HR zone training, run sprint walk routines
More cardio workouts or heart rate interval so the timer can ask me to sprint or walk.
A running routing with a sprint walk run timer option can lock the phone and just follow audio.
