Move the stop watch
I like how you had the stop watch positioned on the bottom right corner before away from any other option. I find myself hitting the comment button at times I stead of the watch. I also like the idea of saving as you go. Its happened to me once to where I got out of the entire thing by accident and lost my entire workout.

Change completion from percentage to number of
Instead of completion listed as percent under goals, change to # of. Scrolling to 33% is not user friendly if completed 3/3 workouts for week. My clients thought it was odd.

Be able to mix workout types in one workout
Very inconvenient to not be able to mix workout types. Strength with a HIIT finisher for example can not be done unless you “time” the strength or expect the client to use a timer. Two parts is viable but a lot of work for scheduling, moving and ease of reference in workout folder

Add the option to record the weather during outdoor exercises like walking and running.
I run regularly and would like to be able to track the weather and outdoor temperature at the time of running so that I can determine the extent to which it affects my running time.

Video goal and challenge setting options.
Would be great if I could set holistic challenges around sleep, meditation, stress management, nutrition, screen time etc in video form with an easy add to calendar option. Currently I have to add these as a workout.

A tutorial video on how to work the app properly
I kinda got the last app program .. the last time I did the up date I became lost now I have 3 apps on for food one for working out and this one ... supposed to be all linked or shared here ... 3 different apps is too much ... I wanna qr scan code my workout and be done ... not be on my phone try to log everything ... also I know it's bad but recently I have been skipping meals ... should be an option meal missed or fasting

My trainer posted stair master instructions and every 5 minutes i had to do something different. However the instructions got cut off and I could not expand the section to see what she had fully written.

Allow re-feed days in nutrition plan to reset each week
So far there’s an option for a reefed goal entered by your coach. Currently, once hit, it doesn’t reset the following week.

Take off the 10 second countdown before starting cardio.
The ten second countdown before starting a cardio session is not needed and it’s annoying to sit there and wait for it. A three second count down would be more than enough but even that doesn’t seem necessary.
