We are continually updating your fitness app with new features based on your feedback. Please add a new idea, or vote on an existing idea. This ensures your ideas don't get lost and always visible and other users can upvote your ideas. The idea forum allows us to keep a pulse check on what our user community as a whole wants.

Why should I vote?
This forum allows us to more accurately prioritize ideas to ensure a system of fairness by executing on improvements needed more urgently by a larger cohort of our user community, in order of voting priority. It offers you transparency into what we're reviewing, starting and have completed.

Vote subscribes you to the idea so when its status changes, you'll get notified. 

When does an idea get picked up?
The higher the votes, the more likely the idea will be completed but there is no fixed formula if an idea will be picked up as it is just one avenue we look at. The idea forum is only one of the many avenues we use to evaluate an idea's feasibility. We also factor in your conversations with our support team, in-app surveys, Facebook beta groups,  complexity of the idea, talks with our inner circle of users and how it fits with the overall vision of the platform.

For example, "Portuguese support" was for the longest time in our top 3. But embarking on that would significantly dent our ability to serve our primary English speaking community effectively.

  1. Allow samsung health to connect to the app to sync steps and activity

    The Samsung Galaxy Watch Ultra and the Samsung Health application on your Samsung phone are not currently synchronizing data with this application. Integrating or enabling connectivity with Samsung Health would significantly improve the app's functionality and efficiency by automating the transfer of sleep data, step counts, and activity metrics.

  3. Adding your own meals to meal planner

    You have the option to create your own meals but when planning your meals you can’t add these to the planner part, it only lets you add it onto the day which you can’t see until you find the date in the calendar

  4. Consistency in Recipes

    I’m noticing that your recipes have ingredients in the instructions that don’t fall in the ingredients list. For example on a smoothie bowl recipe, it talks about topping with chia seeds, but no measurement is given in the ingredient list for these. Several recipes are like this. Also, use consistent measurements. How many g, oz, c of potato instead of “1/2 a medium…”? I want to make sure what I’m eating is what I’m tracking.

    If you add a set to a workout, you should be able to delete the line item.

  7. Ability to add your own exercises if the database doesn’t contain it.

    Too often a machine or general exercise isn’t in the data base so a substitute has to be found. The ability to add something would vastly improve tracking

    Examples are:

    High Row
    Low Row
    Recumbent bike
    Exercise bike.

  8. Allow Oura ring date to sync with this the way it does with google fit

    I wear an Oura ring. The ring tracks far more than any other watch or wearable I have used. I feel this ring should also be able to be synced with this app.

  9. Can you put an option to link my oura ring please? This is far more accurate for my steps

    I find I do not carry my phone always but always have my oura ring on - can you link this feature to the app?

  14. Exclude certain ingredients from meal planner search

    Exclude certain ingredients from meal plan search. I cook for my family and my husband can't eat peppers. Peppers seem to be in a lot of recipes. Or e.g. exclude bread.

    Have heart rate zones and track through workouts.

  18. Sync updates from MyFitnessPal

    Currently if you update your entered meals into MyFitnessPal it doesn’t resync into the Trainerize app. It adds in extra food but doesn’t take away food that’s been removed in MFP or amounts that have been updated

    I would like a place to enter multiple servings recipes where the nutritional info is unknown. There appears to be some other somewhat time consuming ways to do it but something straightforward would be welcome 🤩

  20. Ability to substitute exercise based on muscle group

    Currently you are easily able to substitute an exercise based on the name of the exercise. Sometimes you want to change the exercise but still work the same muscle group. It would be nice if you could search exercises to change/add based on name of the exercise and/or muscle group you are wanting to focus on.
