Put in timer beside exercises that you do for a specific period of time. Ex. 1 min plank or 30 sec high knees.
Add the rest time beside these exercises so you dont have to change it in the settings for every exercise. It makes circuits much easier.

Allow samsung health to connect to the app to sync steps and activity
The Samsung Galaxy Watch Ultra and the Samsung Health application on your Samsung phone are not currently synchronizing data with this application. Integrating or enabling connectivity with Samsung Health would significantly improve the app's functionality and efficiency by automating the transfer of sleep data, step counts, and activity metrics.

Keep my previous weight and unit for food. SOOOOO annoying to have to change the unit and amount every single time ..
Keep the units as last entry. STOP defaulting back to ml or cups or whatever! Keep it as I entered and I will change it if I want. So annoying to have to change it every single time. Also why do you ask for feedback when you make no changes? It’s been the same for the years I’ve used this APP

Weights vs Volume
All ingredients should be in grams or ounces. 1/2 an avocado can be a very different amount depending on your avocados. It's also easier to just weigh everything on a kitchen scale that it is to pull out measuring cups

Sync with Nutracheck App.
I use Nutracheck as it’s much easier and quicker to navigate and more accurate with weights etc.

Add a 'Next' button on the keyboard to move through the spaces to enter reps and weights as you move through the exercises.

Ability to add drop sets while in workout
Ability to add drop sets for when you can do more reps you just have to decrease the weight. There's no way to track that so it only shows hOw much I can do with max weight when actually I'm continuing reps, just with less weight. I could add this to my notes but notes don't carry over to the next workout. Inline notes with specific sets would be nice too. Then beside / below certain sets I could see "completed 12 reps with 40lb, drop to 30 for 5."

Grey out the set I’ve finished when the rest timer goes off. I constantly forget which set I’m up to, this would visually help loads
When I finish a set - I hit the clock and set off my ‘rest’ time. It would be amazing to have that then grey out the set I’m finished with for the day. Otherwise I’m doing mental gymnastics at 5am remembering if I’m on my 2nd 3rd or 4th set etc
