Integrate with scale apps like happy scale or Renpho scale that tracks weight and measurements

More focus on simplifying calories or food content ( damage)
Previously tried slimming world and like the simplified theory of syn free food (eggs, fruit, veg, low calorie, fresh), daily dairy allowance, daily protein allowance, treats were classed as syn foods( limited each day.) This simplified plan makes you psychologically look at food differently and not to be afraid of the calories racking up and running out by lunchtime.

Would love to see a graph that tracks estimated 1RM over time for different lifts

Be able to alter recipes after they are programmed
There should be an easy way to alter ingredients and amounts from pre-programmed recipes rather than needing to re-upload the recipe.

Edit the time a meal is eaten on upload
It would be good to be able to edit the time eaten when uploading a photo as otherwise you have to go back in and edit it. Also add a second snack upload option.

Show planned meals for the entire week
I don’t like how it only shows you planned meals for 3 days. There should be an option for 7 days so you can plan the entire week out, and buy all the groceries you need for the whole week. The 3 days at a time is very confusing and messy.

Food tracking day before
We should be able to track our meals in the app for a future date. One of the key things I suggest to my clients is planning out their meals the day before so they can plan. Please change this.

Ability to track your mood or feelings for the day
Your relationship with food is often linked to emotion so thinking about how you felt on a day is good to track against whether you stuck to plan that day

Being able to upload videos and photos in bulk in. The chat makes your life easier. Instead of uploaded one by one.

Amazon echo skill intergration
I would like to be check in to this app via amazon echo. Any messages. What have I eaten or drunk, reminders for step count , goal progress and encouragement/ motivation. So when I am doing something I can tell echo what I had for lunch and it works out the carbs and protine

Feelings dairy
Track ur feelings daily. Example: stressed, angry, sad, anxious... Have a general mood drop down, time of day and explanation for those feelings. This is to help those who struggle with disordered eating tied to emotional disregulation. And helps with knowing if ur actually hungry or using food as an emotional crutch.

Active calorie burn on the dashboard
Under the dashboard an option should be made available to show active burn calories instead of total calorie burn.

Insomnia- Add ability to input ALL sleep, waking and back to sleep
I have issues with sleep sometimes, like many do. I can only input my fall asleep and wake time currently. Sometimes I'm up for 5 hours in the middle of the night and then fall back to sleep. I'd like to be able to input all of my sleep/awake times during the night to track it. I'm currently just adding together how much sleep I get in total which is inaccurate of how it really is.

Remember recent foods that have already been added
Instead of having to scroll through recent foods to find items that you’ve already added, update the search bar so when you type in those items, they are the first results

Running Training Plans
I would love the option for a running training plan, especially for specific distances like 5k, 10k, etc. This would be SO much fun and amazing to have a personal trainer through MyQFit to help me reach my running goals as well!

Picture after workout to track progress
At the end of the workout allow us to post a pic! Offer Storage for pictures, at least for 12 pictures per member!
