Better syncing with music
When I watch the video explanation of a workout, it stole my Spotify playlist. It’d be nice if the app resumed your music after the video is done. It’s super annoying to have to go out of the app and into Spotify to play my music again.

We have recently made changes to our interval timer so it should not be “stealing” your audio tracks from your music app anymore.
Is this still happening for you? If it is, please let us know your phone type and OS and we can see if we can duplicate the issue on our side.

Add data fields to log outdoor or indoor climbing sessions that are not part of the regularly structured workouts.

A way to track calories per week
Currently the app allows you to see your calories per day but to see how you’re doing for the week you have to add up the calories manually. Something that got me interesting in this program is re-feed days so it would be great to have a weekly sum to see how diet is going.

Built in tabata timer
Instead of just have single timers it would be nice to have a built in or programmable tabata timer right in the app so I’m not constantly flipping back and forth bw apps

Automatically sync all day with Fitbit. Right now we have to manually sync.
Have the Fitbit and coaching app sync automatically all day. Having to manually remember to sync is not user friendly.

Change dates on photos
Be able to change dates on photos. I uploaded and it defaulted to today’s date, but they’re from May 12, 2020 (they’re my “before” photos)

Increase the hand portion sizes to more than 6
At the moment the maximum is 6 palms/hands/thumbs etc. I have vegan clients who require, for example, 10 cups of carbs

Ability to add in your own workout or scan QR code
More machines need to be added or have the ability to type in or scan qr if machine is not available such as the iso low lateral row and high lateral row, torso rotation, the incline and decline plated chess press machines etc

Ability to add comments on individual sets rather than at the end of the workout
Leaving notes/comments on a particular set that carries into the next instance of the workout. Ex: Workout = Upper Body. Exercise Set = 3 sets-Shoulder Press Comments allowed for critiquing during the set. The comments history would be visible and editable each time the set is repeated.

Calculate total weight including bars and plates/ lbs + kg
When calculating weight, the bars are in kg, and plates are in lbs. gotta be a way to input and have it auto calculate/conversion

A friends list
Allow the ability to add friends and see what workout they currently have planned for the day if any, and an option to share location with selected friend. This will spark motivation in those who need a some motivation and a training partner to push them!

Ability to link to Weight Watchers blue tooth scales
The Weight Watchers scales is great for reading, weight, fat, water, bone d, muscle & BMI. It uploads to my WW app on my phone but information does not link to this app.

Add a general note section
Adding a note section would be beneficial to this app so one can keep track of where they got to in the day, how their feeling, etc.

allow notes to be taken on each workout
For each workout let them client take notes ..for example.. its arm day and your arms are sore ..so you drop weight that day and then can make note your arms were sore which is why you went lighter this time

Allow the ability to access previous workouts that were logged on your schedule.
Allow the ability to go back to a previous workout that was logged days, weeks, or months prior. I like the ability/option of logging details such as your reps, weight used, circuit, etc. But what is the point of logging them into the app if you can not go back to check and compare your progress? I have to use multiple apps to keep track of my progress. Which is getting annoying. I started this routine almost a year ago and can not go back to the beginning of the year to compare my progress. Link watch to trainer led workout
When my trainer is leading a workout and I click start workout on watch I should be able to click “PT workout” or something so I don’t need my phone but it feeds the heartrate / time / calories into the work out he’s tracking on his iPad.
