Choose the equipment for workout
It would be really effective if a particular workout plan enables us to choose from different equipments that could be used for the same. For example, how a particular move or exercise could be done with kettlebell/barbell/dumbbell etc., In that way people can always choose from what they have at home / gym.

App to suggest weight based on history increases as you do

Simply have an algorithm that helps suggest increases in weight based on history.

Allow to enter meals in advance
At the moment if I want to add the meals for the week, the tracker will not allow, which is not good. I usually plan my week in advance adding all the meals in MyFitnessPal

I use Carb Manager to track my food and would love if ir was integrated in the way MyFitnessPal and FitBit are.

Allow the ability to switch from lbs to kg during a workout, and type in the resistance such as, half in mini band.
Being able to switch from lbs to kg in the app and when creating a template. ie: exercise A back squats @135lbs superset with exercise B Kettlebell swings w/ 24kg. Also, typing in the resistance such as 5 box jumps one week client started on a 12inch box but wants in change it to a 16inch box. i.e. Set 1: 5 reps, 12"
Set 2: 5 reps, 16"
Also the ability to write in a band size or color for the resistance. i.e. Band pull apart 25 reps, half inch band or Purple mini band277 votes -
Pull workouts from Apple Watch’s own workout app or Apple Health
Import workouts tracked within the Apple workout, Peleton or other apps written to Apple Health into the app for my trainer to see.

The app should sync the workout summary data from Fitbit; not just the resting heart rate.
When you workout using Fitbit it shows after the workout a summary of heart rate; ups and does and avg; calories; time: the app should sync that info and add it to that day for a better view of your workout and effort; instead of going into to separate apps

Allow exercise substitutions to stick permanently
If I substitute an exercise, it’s not just for that day, it’s for the duration of that split. But my subscriptions always disappear and the original move is back.
Allow the substitution to be permanent.

Put in timer beside exercises that you do for a specific period of time. Ex. 1 min plank or 30 sec high knees.
Add the rest time beside these exercises so you dont have to change it in the settings for every exercise. It makes circuits much easier.

Improve searching for food items
Make inputting meals easier. Takes too long and pulls random items when i input an item. Super time consuming.
Show fresh foods at the top. I need to scroll through a lot of commercially prepared foods before the raw foods.

Allow for notes on exercises
If I am doing banded chin ups, I would like have notes to say I did 10 x at a blue resistance band, 8 × yellow resistsnce etc. Allowing notes per excercise makes it easier to track results. Writing the colour or type of resistance band level. Even with machinery, we have matrix machines, hammer strength, life fitness, multiple of the same machine and for example the weight I can pull down on a lat pull down machine is different depending on the brand used. An option to add free text to that specific exercise which carries across each week.

Automatically skip the meal photo request when tracking full calories/macros
I log 6 meals a day and never post photos. It gets irritating to have to “skip photo” every single time I log a meal or snack. This is a useless feature and should not be the default setting when you first want to log a meal, it should just be an optional add-in for whoever likes posting photos of their food.

There should be more meals included. It could also be by restaurant it would be easier to log what we eat.
