Groceries for Next Week
There are a lot of recipes that call for things I don’t always have on hand. I don’t have time to shop every day, but if I could load my grocery list a week ahead, I’d be more likely to stick to a menu. Right now I’m having to look for a menu swap for what I have on hand. That’s not working out well. I’m either not eating at all, or stuck with what’s handy. If I can see the week ahead, I can plan ahead and generate a grocery list to make meals for my whole family. Manual input
I wish there were a way to input workouts done that may be same exercises, but not same format. Such as some days vertigo prevents some, but I can do others. I don't log those days. Today my left leg won't do toe raises, but I did all the rest of workout day 3.

Intrgration witn Nutracheck
Integration with Nutracheck, it's far better than MFP and most people who use it, pay for premium which gives access to far more info.

Improve food search / add AI
The Oura ring app allows you to take a picture of food and automatically it pulls out the ingredients and calorie makeup (while also allowing you to easily edit). This app looks very outdated compared to newer technologies and it takes a lot longer to accurately log foods. Much less likely that people will stick to using an app like this

New layout for Dec 25 update
Please make it possible to rearrange and expand or contract each section I don’t want to have to scroll to see the days workouts. Water and food need to be able to be hidden or put at the bottom.

Remove requiring take a photo of your food from meal entry, and make it an option
It slows me down when I have to cancel out of take a photo of your food. I never take photos of my food and I find it really annoying that it’s required. Every time I put my food into the program. Please remove this as a requirement.

I used to have meal Diary and Macro breakdown. Now suddenly it's gone.

Unlimited recurring sessions, biweekly bookings and credit use
It would be great if you could:
- Set a recurring session with no end date
- Be able to set a recurring session with no end date, even if a client pays for, say, 4 sessions per month (I think you can only book as far ahead as the number of credits they have).
- Book biweekly appts. (you can currently book weekly or monthly)

Calories are very different to Cronometer, my breakfast shows a 10% difference
Would like to see the calories more accurate as my very first meal I’ve logged is 34 cal less than what Cronometer has told me. Over the course of a day with three meals this could be the difference between being in a deficit or not.

Export workout data
The ability to export workout data would make it easy to get external AI to analyze progress and suggest areas to improve, lagging muscle groups etc.

ADD FIBER AS A PROMINENT FEATURE like calories, carbs, proteins and fats
PLEASE include fiber in the “macros” Fiber is an essential nutrient as carbs/proteins/fats.

Ability to enter a whole recipe and select a portion of it. Like 1/12 of a casserole etc.
We need the ability to enter a whole recipe and then select eating a portion of that recipe like 1/12 of a casserole. It’s way too time consuming to figure out all the macros for a family recipe!
