We are continually upgrading your fitness app with new features based on your feedback. Please add a new idea, or vote on an existing idea. This ensures your ideas don't get lost and always visible and other users can upvote your ideas. The idea forum allows us to keep a pulse check on what our user community as a whole wants.

Why should I vote?
This forum allows us to more accurately prioritize ideas to ensure a system of fairness by executing on improvements needed more urgently by a larger cohort of our user community, in order of voting priority. It offers you transparency into what we're reviewing, starting and have completed.

Vote subscribes you to the idea so when its status changes, you'll get notified. 

When does an idea get picked up?
The higher the votes, the more likely the idea will be completed but there is no fixed formula if an idea will be picked up as it is just one avenue we look at. The idea forum is only one of the many avenues we use to evaluate an idea's feasibility. We also factor in your conversations with our support team, in-app surveys, Facebook beta groups,  complexity of the idea, talks with our inner circle of users and how it fits with the overall vision of the platform.

For example, "Portuguese support" was for the longest time in our top 3. But embarking on that would significantly dent our ability to serve our primary English speaking community effectively.

  1. Ability to change home gym location

    We need to be able to change home gym location to where we actually book classes. Right now I have to search and select the location EVERY TIME I WANT TO LOOK FOR THE CLASS at my home gym!!!! Not very effective at all.

    The app should NOT lock you in on the location where you signed up originally, especially when there are no classes offered at that location.

  2. Real Trainers

    Have real trainers check in with new members instead of automatic messages that aren’t from anyone in particular. I found it confusing and disappointing to get messages from someone who wasn’t real.

  4. Add a new app to connect

    A lot of people utilize samsung phones and samsung health automatically collects data. It would be easy and beneficial.

  5. Improve Organization

    List clubs and states alphabetically (same with website). Add back options: search by class, search by trainer/instructor. Current layout makes it very difficult to find where to cancel a class. Include polls regarding classes and potential changes to classes BEFORE implementing to give paying members a voice

  6. Change the new filters feature so that classes are organized by gym.

  7. Include virtual classes in check in history

    My employer reimburses my membership fee, but set a minimum # of visits to be eligible. If I have a busy workday, I love that we have the option for virtual classes, just would like this to show as part of my check in history.

    Default landing page of the app should be the bar code, i don't want to have to navigate around to find it every time

  9. Android app should use back button to navigate

    The Android app needs to take advantage of the back button to navigate inside the app. Currently, the back button just closes the app - which is SUPER annoying considering that every other Android app uses that button to navigate.

  11. I only use the app to sign in - put barcode on home page

    Seems pretty obvious, for those of us who just use the app to check in. Put the sign in barcode on the front page so we don't have to go elsewhere.

    In the app where it shows the members check in history, there should also be a way to see daycare check in history too

  15. Multiple users under parents app

    Have the app allow multiple gym users so that we can sign our children up for kids classes such as BJJ but maintain one app and still be able to add classes for myself as well

  17. Keep card available indefinitely instead of defaulting to main screen after not using the app for several minutes

    I want to be able to open the app and select my card from home so I don't have to do that standing in the way of others trying to sign in. But by the time I walk to the gym, the app defaults to the main screen and I have to stand there opening the card anyway.

  19. Keeping a live schedule on app

    Please acknowledge holiday hours and pool closures and such events on app calendar. Unlike current practices of posting a general store hours. Very disappointing when a person drives 20 minutes one way after checking described app and shows no indication of pool or facility closed! Create an event or adjust the days hours please!

  20. Operation calander

    Have a calander setting that shows days the gym will be closed for holidays. I write this sitting in the parking lot at the gym wishing I new you were going to be closed on Easter Sunday.
