We are continually upgrading your fitness app with new features based on your feedback. Please add a new idea, or vote on an existing idea. This ensures your ideas don't get lost and always visible and other users can upvote your ideas. The idea forum allows us to keep a pulse check on what our user community as a whole wants.

Why should I vote?
This forum allows us to more accurately prioritize ideas to ensure a system of fairness by executing on improvements needed more urgently by a larger cohort of our user community, in order of voting priority. It offers you transparency into what we're reviewing, starting and have completed.

Vote subscribes you to the idea so when its status changes, you'll get notified. 

When does an idea get picked up?
The higher the votes, the more likely the idea will be completed but there is no fixed formula if an idea will be picked up as it is just one avenue we look at. The idea forum is only one of the many avenues we use to evaluate an idea's feasibility. We also factor in your conversations with our support team, in-app surveys, Facebook beta groups,  complexity of the idea, talks with our inner circle of users and how it fits with the overall vision of the platform.

For example, "Portuguese support" was for the longest time in our top 3. But embarking on that would significantly dent our ability to serve our primary English speaking community effectively.

  1. Studio Pilates Reformers

    It would be great if the “studio Pilates” classes had the carriages that other Pilates studios use from either from solidcore or balanced body allegro

  2. Need duplicate machines. More butterfly machines more ab machines

    We need more of the same machines. For example there’s only one ad machine. There’s two butterfly machines gym I came from had four. There’s no future machine.

  3. More TV especially in front of cardio machines

    There are no TV in front of the cardio area. I came from a gym that had like 6 TVs hanging from the ceiling in front of the treadmills and elliptical.

  4. Please change the music to be more family friendly in your gyms. Also change TV in gym to be Fox News. Consider your paying audience please.

    Please change the music to be more family friendly. And please play Fox News on the TV and get rid of the MTV like music non-family friendly videos. Please consider the 40 yrs and older population and what helps us be motivated while working out. Thank you!

  6. Allow a preferred first name in app

    Allow a preferred first name for those who are LGBTQ or those who simply have a preference in the app. That way there aren’t discrepancies for signing up for classes or awkward moments. Please and thank you!

  7. Signing up for classes

    Very difficult to get into a class when you need to need to be on the app signing up 72 hours in advance of the class start time. It’s challenging to plan out the week and sign up at the correct time in order to have a chance of getting in the list. Would love to Either go back to 1 day in advance at a set time or add more waitlist slots (like at least 10). Thank you!

  8. Reduce guess pass by using added guess limit with name of person and designated bar code so it can’t be exploited blink fitness has this

  9. Disposable recyclable cups for water

    Please provide disposable and recyclable water cups for times when folks forget to carry their water bottles. The cardio floor at Cambridge only has a bottle filler.

  10. Add a Bluetooth or WiFi tv audio system.

    It’s very distracting to have so many different tv shows on with no way to listen. Other gyms have this service. I don’t understand why Fitness 19 does not.

  11. pre/post natal specific classes

    Pre / post natal yoga or pelvic floor exercises/therapy for mamas of all stages. It’s hard sometimes to feel comfortable working out in typical classes - would be awesome to have a specific class like this

    Teak Oil will help with the wearing shoes in the Sauna problem.

  14. More dance clases at Coolidge corner! Zumba would be great

  17. Love the heated Pilates classes!

    I love how energizing the heated classes are. If there’s flexibility with the temperature, I’d love to see it just a little warmer. I think it would make the workout even better.

  20. Renewal

    Renewal one week out on banner or on card in Apple Pay with renewal month , My local gym emails my husband refuses to email me and I walk in canceled in Sept. happened last year also. Just awful. I do NOT bring a bag in hence no card to run. Renewal dates should not be relegated to me alone. Just awful
