We are continually upgrading your fitness app with new features based on your feedback. Please add a new idea, or vote on an existing idea. This ensures your ideas don't get lost and always visible and other users can upvote your ideas. The idea forum allows us to keep a pulse check on what our user community as a whole wants.

Why should I vote?
This forum allows us to more accurately prioritize ideas to ensure a system of fairness by executing on improvements needed more urgently by a larger cohort of our user community, in order of voting priority. It offers you transparency into what we're reviewing, starting and have completed.

Vote subscribes you to the idea so when its status changes, you'll get notified. 

When does an idea get picked up?
The higher the votes, the more likely the idea will be completed but there is no fixed formula if an idea will be picked up as it is just one avenue we look at. The idea forum is only one of the many avenues we use to evaluate an idea's feasibility. We also factor in your conversations with our support team, in-app surveys, Facebook beta groups,  complexity of the idea, talks with our inner circle of users and how it fits with the overall vision of the platform.

For example, "Portuguese support" was for the longest time in our top 3. But embarking on that would significantly dent our ability to serve our primary English speaking community effectively.

  5. samsung watch support on iOS

    Probably niche that I use the Galaxy smartwatch with an iphone, but if you already have the infrastructure and it’s not a massive headache, it would be cool to have on iOS as well

  6. Let members know by email and social media like Instagram when new equipment is coming in. Show pics and videos like other gyms

    Most gyms continually replace old equipment with newer state of the art machines. Members at Jersey Strong need to know the company is investing in updating their old equipment and not just raising membership monthly pricing.

  8. Order items through app

    I’d like the ability to order a protein shake through the app and have it charge directly to my account. That way I can put my order in before my workout is done so it’s ready for when I leave.

  11. Bar Code to scan your child into daycare

    Instead of the daycare worker looking your name up and your child’s name up, bring back the QR code to scan them in so it takes less time to check them in.

  14. Make membership card barcode be vertical in the app.

    Every time I go to the app to get my membership card the bard code is hard to scan. When I go and add it my wallet on my iPhone it’s the right way but the barcode won’t scan. I always have to have my phone number looked up to check me in.

  15. Holiday hours next to club info

    Include business hours to disclose when the gym will be open on specific holidays as was featured in the previous Youfit app. These hours can vary depending on the holiday and the information is useful for planning ahead. Bonus points if the employee appreciation day is listed too.

    Just on the like the previous app get rewarded points for each time you visit the gym also time you are at the gym anniversaries etc. etc.

  18. Bring back the rewards

    I've been using the past two youfit apps for four years now and have been collecting the hoodies and t-shirts. Without the points and reward system there's no longer anything pushing me to keep my youfit lime card instead of downgrading to base and then bumping up my crunch membership to the $24 one as they have more locations

  20. Customizable front page

    What I would like to see quickly is: What time are there aquatics classes today (so I can avoid them), How many point I have (so I can invite a guest) and my check in bar code. Some of that is available and some not but I have to click around to find that.
