Real Trainers
Have real trainers check in with new members instead of automatic messages that aren’t from anyone in particular. I found it confusing and disappointing to get messages from someone who wasn’t real.

Bar codes/ QR scanners
Instead of searching for machines, you can scan the bar code/QR scanner on the machine when you begin the exercise and when you finish so all you have to enter is the reps and the weight.

Have a Powerlifting meet, weight loss challenge etc between local gym members; then between other gyms.

PLEASE LOWER THE VOLUME OF THE MUSIC AT ALL TIMES. We all have different taste in music and itss beyond loud all the time. I
The music is too loud. Multiple costumers are complaining in the elevator as we leave. It’s causing a headache. We should be able to play our own playlist w our equipment. Noise cancelation ear pods are not even enough !

Cancellation
Offer a class cancellation feature, you threaten a cancellation fee but yet you can’t cancel class so why bother signing up?

Improve Organization
List clubs and states alphabetically (same with website). Add back options: search by class, search by trainer/instructor. Current layout makes it very difficult to find where to cancel a class. Include polls regarding classes and potential changes to classes BEFORE implementing to give paying members a voice

I would like to be able to go directly to a date, not scroll until I get to it.
Have a calendar that we can just click on a date rather than scrolling.

Search for classes by type, not by gym
Allow class search by type of class rather than searching gym by gym for a yoga class ( or whatever type of class). Laborious searching gym by gym for a class I want to take

Change the new filters feature so that classes are organized by gym.
The current layout of classes and mixed locations is very confusing. Please organize by location.

Include virtual classes in check in history
My employer reimburses my membership fee, but set a minimum # of visits to be eligible. If I have a busy workday, I love that we have the option for virtual classes, just would like this to show as part of my check in history.
