Alternative workouts to deal with injuries
I suffered a shoulder injury back in June that is still healing.
It precludes me from doing upper body workouts that stress the shoulders/upper back area.
I would love to see alternative exercises to not strain active injuries, while still strengthening the body.228 votes -

Workout tracking calendar
Have calendar with marked days you signed into club/worked out similar to peloton to keep you going every week. A quick way to see how often you’ve been going to the gym. On peloton it keeps you excited that you’ve had a s streak of working out X amount of weeks in a row and you can easily see on a calendar the days you went in the last month

Make Selecting Exercises Easier
The in-app selection list leaves alot to be desired. The list is not ordered and the naming is inconsistent.
Proposed Solution, add the videos and descriptions to a web page that is sortable and searchable. After I see it there, I'd know what you named it. Then I'd select it in the app. Easy peasy.
Simple idea, low cost: Put a label on each machine with what it's named in the app. I'd go to a machine, see the name, boom find it in the app.

Bring childcare hours back!!!!
Need the map like the old app had, where I could click locations and see their hours and CHILDCARE hours also. Depending on the hours at certain locations since they’re all different, it affects which location I can go to with my son.

I want to see a more accurate calorie counter. Maybe one that syncs with a fitness watch if you have one? I started the general workout on the app on my phone and I logged a 53 minute workout where my heart rate was around 145 and it said I only burned 16 calories.

I want to follow (essentially vote for) a class instructor.
I want to follow an instructor. Number of followers will help gym decide if time of class, type of class or instructor skill set is responsible for class attendance. There are a few instructors who regardless of what they teach I wont attend their class. And ones I like a lot that do not have a class during a time I can attend.

Able to see your password as you type it
If you can see as you type, you may be able to correct the error, sometimes holding a key down too long, you get a different symbol or accidentally clicking the adjacent letter & then after so many trials, you get locked out.
Your password should also be seen in your profile.
The "send email to customer service" does not work when I was trying to report my problem.
Thank you

More detailed exercises
Make them specific. For example, instead of just "elyptical" add the option for elyptical bike too.
Include weight, reps and distance where appropriate.4 votes -

Booking: Show only available Trainers
Currently, members select from the list of trainers to book their PT session. However, it is very possible that not all the trainers have openings on the day they want to book.
Solution: Gray out trainer options who do not have availability on the day/time the member is trying to book a PT session for.

BJJ attendance card automation
BJJ class attendance is currently tracked via physical cards that need to be marked each class. This process is very error prone and is one extra thing for the coaches to spend their time on. It seems more logical to track BJJ attendance on a digital card that is automatically updated after the student registers for class and checks into the gym.
One added benefit would also be that people who are not taking classes, ie. parents of students, won’t be altering student attendance by marking the cards when the coaches aren’t looking.

How long each gym session is and what’s your weekly hours
When you log it it’s starts a timer and when you walk out the door it stops it and tells you how long you’ve been there. And every Sunday it tells you how long you’ve been there through the whole week.

Track meal timing for intermittent fasting
A counting timer that you can mark when you finish the last meal of a day and will show you how much time has passed until you mark that you've just had your next meal. Essentially showing your eating window and fasting window.
