Educational Hub Feature Proposal
I believe this addition could be a real game-changer and would fit perfectly alongside all the other great elements already built into the app.
The idea is to add an extra tab (similar in style to the current workout tabs like the kettlebell, knife, and book icons) — this new tab could represent a “Learning Hub.”
Here, coaches could upload educational content for clients to access at any time — videos, series, and PDFs — all organised in one easy-to-use place.
How it could work:
• Clients could work through the content and mark off videos or documents as they complete them but the also can rewatch them over and over at no cast to anyone.
• Coaches could create customised
series of lessons or modules. Also could sell them as courses or just all be part of their services.
• An option to be able run challenges with limited resources and then still have group coaching being able to see all resources
• Content could be organised into categories like:
• Nutrition
• Principles of Exercise
• Training Foundations
• Exercise Tutorials
• Fat Loss Education
• Common Myths
• How to Use the App to its Full
And the options for us to create more and pick and choose what we use.
Potential
Why it would help:
• Boosts client education, which is strongly linked to better long-term results.
• Creates a deeper level of value inside the app without needing external links or resources.
• Helps coaches reinforce important principles and cut down on repetitive FAQs.
• Makes the platform feel like an all-in-one coaching and learning experience — not just a workout tracker.
Business Benefits:
• Makes the app stand out even more from competitors.
• Increases client satisfaction, retention, and trust in both the coach and the platform.
• Adds a professional, “complete coaching” feel to the service offering.
• Supports users in achieving better, faster, and more sustainable results.
Extra note:
It would be fantastic if this feature could be included as part of the standard app package so that all users/ coach’s get to give the best service — and their clients — benefit without either needing to pay extra. This would make a strong statement that the platform is committed to delivering real results, not just workouts. -

Progression and Regression Exercise Suggestions
One great feature in the app right now is the ability to substitute exercises — it’s really useful when someone needs to make a quick change.
To make it even better, it would be great if we could suggest specific regressions and progressions for each exercise.
For example:
• If someone can’t do a full press-up, they could be guided to regress to a wall press-up or box press-up.
• If they find it too easy, they could progress to weighted press-ups or more advanced variations.
How it would help:
• Instead of clients randomly picking a different exercise (which might not fit the program properly), they would get clear, coach-approved options.
• Helps clients stay on track with the right intensity level for their ability.
• Improves coaching quality and trust, while making the app feel even more supportive and personalised.
Business benefits:
• Adds real value for both coaches and users.
• Creates a smarter, more professional training experience.
• Makes the app stand out by offering guidance where others just offer basic substitutions.
This feature would make a massive difference, especially for beginners or anyone working through strength and skill development. Also to be part of the standard package you sell, no add on fees.Luke Andreas Epaminondas supported this idea ·

Totally agree on this.
To add to what you said I I was thinking of something like this too, for more ideas please see below. I was thinking something along lines of what I submit and what you said.
Clear Workout Structure with Expandable Sections
It would be a great improvement to have clearly labelled tabs or sections for parts of the workout — such as:
• Warm-up
• Pre-fatigue
• Main Exercise/Focus
• Strength
• Conditioning
• Circuits
• CooldownHow it could work:
• Each section would be clearly named so clients immediately know what they’re looking at.
• Sections could be collapsible (stackable), meaning once a client finishes a part, they can minimise it.
• When a client first opens their workout, they would only see the key sections — helping the workout feel clear, focused, and not overwhelming.
• Clicking into a section would expand it to show exercises, targets, instructions, and spaces to record results or notes. Why it would help:
• Clients can easily understand the flow of the session: where the warm-up ends, where the main focus begins, and how to cool down properly.
• Keeps the app clean, organised, and simple to navigate — especially for clients who may feel overwhelmed seeing a long list of exercises all at once.
• Helps coaches guide the intent of the session more clearly (e.g., focusing more on strength one day, or conditioning another).Business Benefits:
• Makes the app more user-friendly and professional.
• Improves client satisfaction and program adherence.
• Gives coaches more structure when designing workouts, improving overall program quality.
• Competitive advantage: Other platforms (e.g., TrueCoach) do this well — implementing it here could match or even beat their experience.Overall, this feature would make sessions feel more intentional and easier to follow, improving both the coaching experience and client results.

I also think they need to update/ upgrade the interval timers in the work outs. So they are actually usable. I’m having to personally use a different app and if I’m am so are clients.
Could also use AI to make WODs for us. We just click on a list of equipment we like it to use and it does the rest was be a great time saver.

I totally agree, I actually ask for pretty much the same thing.
As your had legs I hope you don’t mind adding to your suggestion:
Quick Pre-Session Questionnaire
It would be great to add a simple questionnaire for users to quickly complete before each session, with all their answers locked and stored for later review.
How it could work:
• Keep it super short and easy: answers could be selected with just one click or a slider (e.g., rating between 1–5).
• Designed to take no more than 10 seconds to complete, keeping it quick and non-intrusive.Example questions could include:
• How was your sleep quality last night?
• How are you feeling today?
• What’s your energy level like?
• Did you hit your step goal yesterday?
• (Other options depending on the coach’s needs.)There could be a bank of 10 possible questions, but the system would only ask up to 3 questions at a time — keeping it fast and not overwhelming the user.
Why it would help:
• Gives coaches better insights into how clients are feeling, recovering, and performing over time.
• Helps track patterns and spot issues (like poor sleep affecting sessions, or dips in energy and performance).
• Provides real, measurable data that can guide programming decisions and adjustments.
• Allows clients to reflect and take more ownership of their own consistency and habits.Business Benefits:
• Makes the app feel even more supportive and personalised.
• Adds another layer of professional coaching value.
• Could become a key feature that helps coaches retain clients by showing deeper care and insight. This kind of quick feedback loop would not only improve the coaching experience, but also create another strong reason for clients and coaches to keep using the platform long-term.
