More clarity/ structure for clients overview when looking at their program. Would be great if we can have folders or a way to simply organise them. When you send the main program to a client Eg. 4 day split that they can clearly see thats the 4 main session they will be following for the next x of weeks. Then an extra/ sub folder where we can put optional workouts like home workouts, limited equipment, warm ups, shorter workouts for when they’re short in time. This way there is something else they can do to keep them moving when needed alternative options. This way it makes it real clear. They would then clearly see what their main focus/ program is that they are falling and easier for them to find. As at the moment they can see like 20 workouts which is great but they are never in order and clients can get a little confused on what they're supposed to do even when you write it in description. This would really help make it look organised and a easier customer flow and experience for everyone one.

Hi all,
Thanks for the vote for this idea. We’ve added the push-up progressions to the our to-film list.
If there’s any other exercises, you would like to see, please provide a list of the specific exercises so we can add them to our list.
Thanks!

An error occurred while saving the comment Luke A Epaminondas commentedI believe this would be a huge game changer to add to all the other great elements of this app, it would be to have an extra tab that looks like a book to learn (like the kettle bell and knife and book for workouts). Where we can put educational videos and series or PDFs for clients to access and they mark off as they go along. We can put in some kind of series of videos, Even have categories like, nutrition, principles of exercise, foundation, about exercise, exercises (tutorials), fat loss, myths. How to make the most out of the app. I think this would be a huge asset to this app and clients experiences and education. Clients results would dramatically increased with more education in one place. This would make use and this app stand out. Would be great if this was also part of the Standard package we already pay for.

An error occurred while saving the comment Luke A Epaminondas commentedTotally agree being able to see weekly monthly calories breakdown will be great. Even better if the clients could see their total calories over a week too. So if they are doing a net value each week they can see from a quick over if they are on tack or not.
An error occurred while saving the comment Luke A Epaminondas commentedClients having access to the macro calculator so they can change it daily as their weight changes/weekly. This way we can teach them how to be self-sufficient so they can learn as they go along that it will change as there body changes. Also will get them in the app more and using it. Also/ or having a option when a client adds there new body weight it changes there macros automatically over a period of time. Also so they can select/ change which phase they are in. Looking to build muscle, maintain, loss weight (on this phase have a set maximum amount time they can be here). This would be great in group environments or if you’re selling memberships or one-off programs with automations. Of course wouldn’t necessary need to use it for your high-end clients because your more then likely being doing the adjustments yourself but the ability for them doing it to would be a great experience and get them setting their own goals. This would be amazing for anyone running automotion is all group challenges. Also to add a weekly macro breakdown , it be great to have a place where the client can see the calorie and protein target over a seven day, month ect period. This is great for those that are tracking calories as a net value over the week they could see in one place immediately if they’re over and under and how much and where they need to make up at for it at the end of the week. I seen this showcased in somebody else’s app and there’s clients bang on about it on how simple it is.

This is something that we are looking into. What additional customizations are you looking for?
Please leave us some comments on some ways you might layer things on top of your program.
Thanks!

An error occurred while saving the comment Luke A Epaminondas commented- [ ] Ability/ option to ask clients to add videos/ photos after the movement they just done in their program , to be able to assess the movement and check their form. Eg the sessions has squats or dead lifts and as a coach we ask if they can film it, then they can then add it their just like if they are filling in the weights and reps. No need to fill it and send it privately to the coach it will be done automatically. As add bonus a option to also have this pinged in to the group chat for the communities to see too.

An error occurred while saving the comment Luke A Epaminondas commentedLeaderboards are a must, it’s a great way to help with consistency, client engagement and adherence. An amazing way for us to be able to set up group challenges within a community, and does wonders for our clients to give them an extra push by having a bit of friendly competition on a leaderboard that they can or what position they’re in and how well they are doing. Great for compliance. Also adds a little friendly competition or it just might be a little extra nudge that they need for them to stick to it or to do more. Leaderboars can be used with multiple things like steps, total value, PBs, total workout, distance and much more ect. Summary Steps leader board greatly help increase engagement with a little competition to help consistency = better results

Exercise Library, it amazing that we can upload our personal exercises. A feature I’ve seen elsewhere is ability to add a exercise that just demonstrates it for 30 seconds for those that just forgotten what the exercise looks like. And then the ability to swipe along to then watch a more detailed video on how to do the exercise correctly would be a great feature. This could also be build in to where you add your own exercises, when uploading you just have two opens one for a short one and the other for the in-depth demonstration. With a added option for them being able to upload a video to do a form check to that exercise.
