As an online only company I feel like basic client WITH messaging would be a better option.
Especially, as many of us that are online only with our own app can't link to new plans/programs inside the app (due to appstore/google play T&Cs) and so messaging clients would work better to keep that client engaged.
The addition of the basic client feature at this moment in times for online only trainers/companies is extremely limited and practically useless if I'm honest.
