Total training volume per training session
It would be much faster to set up science-based periodization if, at the end of training, the LOAD of each exercise and the total LOAD per week that each muscle group received were saved. In the records they are separated, if the teacher does a weekly undulating periodization, he needs to multiply exercise by exercise and then add the LOAD of each exercise to analyze the applied weekly volume.
