Can we get an option to change the thumbs up response on the feed? Thumbs up is overused. I prefer to use the excitement emojis or love emojis so we can give more specific feedback

Replace files space with client's activity feed in space next to messenger
If you go to message clients in the web version of Trainerize, there's a blank space to the right of the messages for files. Could this space be converted to an activity feed for the individual client? It would help to quickly inform trainers of talking points or stats when performing check ins/ discussing program changes etc. and reduce clicking back and forth between different tabs

Is it possible to connect the post-workout messaging with the regular messaging? It gets confusing having two separate messages with clients
Is it possible to connect the post-workout messaging with the regular messaging? It gets confusing having two separate messages with clients, and is really inconvenient when either of us need to find a conversation, not realizing it’s in a different are of the app. It’s too much to have to work around and look for a message. I saw this was a request awhile back, but I don’t know if you realize how impactful this actually is. Thanks so much!

Turn off notifications for certain clients
Having the ability to turn off notifications for certain clients would be great. Some clients have more leniency and don't need to do every daily task.

Ability to have rich text for messages like bold italics
Having the ability to have full access to customizing the auto messages would be great. For example, being able to do the following would be important to the brand and consistency of messages:
- Allowing for general editing such as use of bold, italics, font size, color, centering, etc.
- Allow for more customized auto-fields (i.e., 'goes by name', date, etc.)
- Allow for us to be able to insert images, videos, etc. into the auto message.
- Allow for the ability to choose when we want the message to be sent (beyond the 14 days we currently have).

My clients would love to be able to use a heart reaction instead of just a thumbs up when they appreciate or agree with something that’s said either in messages or with other people in their group.

message analysis export
Messaging export or analysis options.
Support tools such as Intercom or Zendesk allow you to export chat records, which allows things like keyword analysis, peak timings etc.
Some way of doing this directly from Trainerize (not with Zapier, as the zaps required would be prohibitively expensive) would allow us to get really smart with our clients.

For example, once a client reaches a certain day, the calendar sends the client an auto-message with a question. Depending on their answer (yes

Ability to delete a bulk amount of reoccurring scheduled messages
For example, i have set a check in message for 52 weeks of the year and i cannot remove it. I have to go through and delete them individually. Aint no body got time for that

Video analysis - voice over & scrub video
It would be INCREDIBLE if you could respond to a client sending a video of their exercise with a voice over/screen record of you scrubbing through the video and talking through what they could do better. I coach a lot of athletes and this would be super relevant

Auto Messages / Emails for new PURCHASE, not just new CLIENT
Allowing for auto messages / auto emails to send for a new PURCHASE, not just a new CLIENT.
When a previous client signs up again, they do not receive any of the initial Welcome Emails, PAR-Q, First Sign-in Message etc.
It would be great to be able to have an additional messaging flow for any new purchases, not just new clients, so that returning clients can receive any new updates, fill out a new PAR-Q etc, since a lot can change over time (on both sides).

Allow multilingual support with a translation tool, from which users are able to translate the app to their own language
Allow multilingual support with a translation tool, from which users are able to translate the app to their own language.
This allows for a faster integration of other languages, as we are getting complaints from our users that they are not fluent enough in English and hence not able to use the app in a friendly way.
This is one of the most important reasons our clients end their subscriptions.
