Personalized Automated In-app Messages for All of the Milestones
This already exists only for the first workout and first activity milestones. My clients love receiving messages when they hit their milestones it really boosts their motivation. Being able to have those already in place like the first activity milestone makes everything so much easier! Also, having the ability to customize it with elements like these {first name} {acivity} {milestone} would be great!

Separate auto-messages and events for 2 way and 1 way client types
It would be nice to have a separate welcome email / e-consultation form / auto-messages for the two different client types. When offering high and low ticketed products, a coach may want the auto-messages and events to look different for those two different offerings.

Can't see who sent a reaction in messaging
If you miss the notification to say who has sent a reaction to a message you can't see who sent it.
It would be nice bc it would spark more convo between clients cheering each other on!

Please add audio messaging! This makes explaining complex concepts much easier to explain when clients have questions. It would also be nice to have this option as it’s very quick.

Info on who sent last message in a chat.
I would like to be able to scroll through my messages and easily see if I sent the last message, or if my client did. This could be achieved easily with an arrow that indicates whether the last message in the thread was incoming or outgoing. Then I know if I missed a client's message and need to reply to them.

I would like to be able to create a series of automatic messages that are sent to my clients weekly based on the length of their program. I would like to be able to cheer them on, remind them of their goals, at a month out- have a message about the end of their program coming, and then a one week notice to resign or their next options.

Longer videos in the attachment section of the client's profile
In the attachment section of the client's profiles, there is a limit of around 8mb (1 minute max, sometimes even less, 50 seconds or so) for video uploads. This section would be really useful for any trainers that want to upload mobility tests that clients have done to track their progress. This way the trainer can track how the client has progressed from the start. This is the same for any exercises that the client may have had issues with. Option to send an automated message if its outside of "business hours"
Would love the option to have an automated message sent from me if a client sends a message outside of normal business hours. Would also be great if we could set business hours for when we get notifications. Boundary setting is important!

Automated response
It’s weird that the app automatically responds for trainers. For example, the app wished my client happy birthday as if it was me sending the message. Unaware of that message being sent when I was off work. I came to work the next day to meet that client unaware that my clients birthday has passed. It would be nice if we can at least receive a notification when the app is speaking for us. That way we can be consistent with the conversations in the chats, with our real life. So we can avoid the awkwardness of not knowing it…

Send a scheduled message to ALL USERS. If I host an event, If I host a live, If I want to send a link/newsletter same day each week, or take payment from all on the same day of the month I want to remind all at the same time
