This ensures your ideas don't get lost and always visible and other users can upvote your ideas. The idea forum allows us to keep a pulse check on what our user community as a whole wants.

Why should I vote?
This forum allows us to more accurately prioritize ideas to ensure a system of fairness by executing on improvements needed more urgently by a larger cohort of our user community, in order of voting priority. It offers you transparency into what we're reviewing, starting and have completed.

Vote subscribes you to the idea so when its status changes, you'll get notified. 

When does an idea get picked up?
The higher the votes, the more likely the idea will be completed but there is no fixed formula if an idea will be picked up as it is just one avenue we look at. The idea forum is only one of the many avenues we use to evaluate an idea's feasibility. We also factor in your conversations with our support team, in-app surveys, Facebook beta groups,  complexity of the idea, talks with our inner circle of users and how it fits with the overall vision of the platform.

For example, "Portuguese support" was for the longest time in our top 3. But embarking on that would significantly dent our ability to serve our primary English speaking community effectively.

  2. Reviews to add on the profile, so when a new person joins me, they can see some reviews of my current or previous clients.

    Would be nice to add reviews on trainer’s profile so clients could see.

  5. Affiliate System - Proportion of purchase going to affiliate partner if someone purchases through a unique link

    Provide associates with unique links to your products. If they promote your product and someone buys it through their unique link, the purchase money is split into pre determined %'s to you and the person who sold the product for you.

  6. Clear information about flailed attempts for payouts & live tracking for it

    When a payout fails because of wrong bank account information the app doesn’t follow up with me once I have updated my information and change the status of my payout. It would be great if the app had a life updating system for payouts.

  10. Prorated Products

    Allow me to sell Products at a prorated rate. Example (12 sessions for $ 12.50) like mypthub does. This was if a client starts in the middle of the month or at the end of the week I can charge the client for the rest of their term.

  13. Add 3 month order bump option to payment screen

    A simple check box that would allow a new client to pay for a block of months upfront and apply a discount.

    A simple 'Pay for 3 months and get a 10% discount' would do.

    Then to roll them into the normal monthly rate afterwards too.

  14. Integrate payment with wordpress or woocommerce

    Would love to be able to charge from my website, but using my Trainerize Pay/Stripe account. Just a simple plugin where I would enter my API to connect the two together, then select which product the purchase button would be linked to.

  15. Have a starter guide with some price points for how to start

    Some trainers are having trouble setting price points. It would be great if you have a starter guide with a basic suggested, pre set packages and prices, they would have the option to use it until they get on their feet.

    Some of us are not good at marketing and feeling out areas for pricing. some money, is better than no money, with your help, we can be more successful. It would be an option they could use, and opt out of in the future.

  18. Increase the range on the sales history chart

    Increase the range on the sales history chart to 1 year, 2 year, 5 year... lifetime... etc. It would be great to compare annual sales now that Trainerize Pay has been around more than one full year.

  19. Ability to mark payment as completed to record offline through cash, cheque, Zelle, Venmo payments

    The ability to record "OFFLINE" payments like cash, check/cheques, Venmo/Zelle/Interac/Revolut in Trainerize Pay to allow for better invoicing tracking. Being able to track payments for online/offline clients would make the business side of things easier to manage.
