Easier Session/Class Attendance Tracking
Create a system for classes or sessions where you can use the bump feature on iPhones or even a QR scan to track attendance/deduct sessions. Almost acting like a key tracking system for gym access.

List equipment for class
Be able to list equipment needed for specific classes. This allows early birds to get their space setup. It also allows subs to let regulars know if the equipment will be slightly different. Some instructors keep the equipment each week exactly the same, but other instructors like to add variety, so this would be helpful to get classes started on time.

Business app for staff
Have a business mobile app for staff to be able to do everything on their phone that they can do on the PC. The ignite website is not user friendly on a phone and cannot be utilized.

Remove clients from schedule if session credit expires
Please remove clients from the schedule if the credit they used to book the class expires between the booking date and the class date.
I have found that clients can book classes after their session credits expires if they book the class before the credit expires. For example, I have one client who will book classes weeks in advance to avoid losing her credits because she knows they will expire soon. Essentially she is bypassing the credit expiration dates.

Allow more than two session options for a product
I want my clients to be able to book unlimited classes of various different formats when they purchase my monthly membership. Right now products only allow two total sessions. I would like them to be able to choose any of the class sessions I offer when they pay unlimited.

Allow booking with manual client and locations.
For example, with a free consult - I don't want to set them up as a client in the system, but I'd like to book the time slot. I have a free appointment type for a consult, but I can't use it as it needs to be linked to a client.
It would be great if we could input a booking using appointment type, and manually enter the client name.
Same with location - if I'm training out of a different location to usual, I'd like to be able to just type the address, instead of having to set a…2 votes -
Consultation Appointments
The ability to schedule a consultation appointment with a lead that is not is a yet a client. This will allow coaches to see the consultation appointments in the system along with schedule appointments.

Schedule Recurring Sessions
We have ~100 clients and we WANT to use the calendar but it would be extremely time consuming to enter the sessions every week.
The ability to book recurring appointments would be a very simple fix for this.

Beta Feedback - Custom Event / Class
The Beta of Group Classes is great except for we need more flexibility in setting up the classes; for example:
setting our own client limit instead of the default ones listed; ie we cap small group training at 8 clients not 10 but we cannot change that limit.
add multiple trainers to one class, we add multiple trainers to large classes / open gym so all trainers can see who is signed up incase someone has to cover or calls out.

Check In Suggestion and Sync workouts in the master calendar to subscribers booked classes
My client received a "Low Workout Compliance" despite attending his 4 sessions last week because I have all my classes scheduled on the calendar and he was only booked for 4 classes as per his membership contract. I suggest being able to check clients into a class they attended and also have only the classes they have booked pop up on their calendar.

Ability to see clients group class appointments in there summary tab
Be able to easily see what days and times the client is coming in for there group class.

Allow group classes to have as many clients as we would like.
We have over 200 clients. It would be great to be able to use trainerize's calendar to put in our client's schedule. Right now we use a different platform for this since you guys are limiting to 49 people in the virtual classes. Thank you

Make Class Cancellation More Prominent!
We run into no-shows all the time. Most members say they do not know how to cancel on the app. Burying the cancelation option behind the barely noticeable 3-dot menu in the top right corner of the app is not intuitive for most members. My suggestion is to add a Cancel button right next to the Check-In button. This would of course only be available on events that the user has booked. You would still need to verify that you actually want to cancel.

Allow trainers to schedule group training sessions with vacant spaces.
Scenario: I have two clients who want to start training and are interested in finding two more training partners bringing the group total to 4 and thus lowering cost for everyone.
Allow coaches to create a 4 person group training appointment in their schedule and place the 2 active clients in the appointment. The other two vacancies then appear on the trainer's availability schedule for potential clients to view.

Appt or classes given report
I contract at a gym and need to run analytics on my number of sessions and group sessions to be sure I am accurately paying for my time. It would be nice if I could export some type of report based on my calendar. Reporting on different analytics regarding my business in general would be nice, other than "app logins".

Allow for audio only appointments.
Allow for clients to book a strictly phone call appointment. Some of our clients are at work when we speak to them and video call is not an option for them.

Allow to go into negative session credits
Sometimes, I want to pre-book appts for a recurring client, but the new session credits might not have been added for that month yet.
It is easier if I can just go ahead and schedule them when I'm free, knowing they will be topped back up later.

Easily allow for trainers to be swapper in appointments
Allow for appointments to swap out trainers with the edit appointment feature so they can easily be swapped out by mangers, admins, owners, or have trainers have receive coverage from other trainers.
